Have tried to contact them several times regarding my claim, i was updated 20th January with the third party have 32 days to make and offer. This time has now elapsed and i have emailed 4 times now and i have had no response back. I am now forced to write a review to get some attention as there communication is severely lacking.

I would not recomend using this firm.they have ignored all my instructions and made it impossible for me to accept any offer i have recieved.and it had taken 30 months to complete my claim.a claim that could of been settled in weeks.they are only interested in how much they get.i mite add they have taken 40 percent of my payout
And this is after 30 months of stress and anxiety
