The website clearly states the shop is in London yet my order is coming from China!! I have emailed several times no response! I’ve been waiting over a month now for my delivery- avoid at all costs!!!

Poor quality and buyer beware
I bought an oversized cardigan/ jacket at a reasonable price. It took a couple of weeks to arrive. When it did, the sizing was so off I couldn’t squeeze into it. The quality was very poor with material more like a cheap fleece rather than a soft wool and not what I was expecting. I asked to return the garment for a refund. However they would only offer a partial refund and to keep the garment. They stated that it would cost them £50 to return the item to the manufacturer in China! I refused this 5 times as I didn’t want the item and to be fair I did get a response - the same one - to each of my emails. I eventually accepted as I thought I was unlikely to get anything else and £9 was better than nothing. If I’d had a full refund I’d have been ok with that. Won’t be buying from them again.
