This is a scam company, please avoid.
Like everyone says below, the jackets are at least two sizes too small and Loxinova have ignored emails asking for a returns label to be sent. Avoid these scammers!

Do not buy from this site, they dont answer when you want to return something.

Terrible Company, possibly a scammer. Item arrived and looked nothing like the picture, they dont reply to emails and you cant get an address to return the item. Shocking.... Make it look like they are in the UK but they are in China.

wish id read the reviews ,ordered dress awful need to return sent endless emails received nothing back phone number doesnt exist £40 down with no way of getting it back DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

They don’t even deserve one star 🤬 like the other ladies I wish I had read the reviews l have the Jacket which is too small they have my money…. I sent 7 emails no response Never again will I buy anything without reading reviews first……

Cheap, nasty, plastic shoes that look nothing like what they are selling. Then when you ask for a refund (which they guarantee on their site) they ignore your emails.

Feeling like an absolute idiot also. I have the jacket, they have £34.99 of my hard earned cash. Jacket doesn’t fit, I have requested return details numerous times now and emails totally unanswered. Cannot find their company details anywhere now just email address that goes nowhere.. wish to goodness I had read the other reviews before ordered.. I have been well and truly had.

The shoes I ordered were not the ones I purchased, very poor quality. Email and Email not resolution. They have now stopped responding. I asked to make a formal complaint and for the complaints procedure to be emailed to me... no response. I have now raised it with the credit care company. Do not buy from this company.

I feel so utterly stupid! I wavered for ages before I order my jacket, it looked so nice in the pictures. Arrived eventually, very poor quality and too small. Sent a return request on 25th May and nearly every day since, no response to any of them. I have just read all the reviews on this page, what an utter scam and waste of money! I'm an OAP and really angry that they have "stolen" my money!

Like the other customers reviewing here, ordered, received product (not bad quality) which was a terrible fit. No paperwork in the parcel, no return info, no reply from sent emails and their phone number does not exist. A total scam. Avoid.

I have bought a pair of shoes that looked beautiful online . Well they weren’t that bad but they arrived in a wrong size and I am having troubles for the refund they asked for a pict I have send it and they disappeared. Every day I am sending an email and still no reply back. Very bad customer service I do not recommend to use them at all.

Like many others ordered in good faith having seen an advert on Facebook. Ordered and paid for a Jacket but when it arrived it was ill fitting at least a size too small. Contacted them to arrange a return they took days to respond and then when they did asked for a photo (surely they know by the order no. What they've sold) another couple of days went by and they offered 30% off that was still no good as it didn't fit. I requested a returns label and full refund and they ignored the email leaving me £34.99 out of pocket!
The falsely claim that they're based in London and that they have an extended returns period they don't.
They also advertise as Thea London and Beelier London all same company who breach consumer rights. All Facebook profiles reported and will be submitting a report to trading standards.

If only I had read the other reviews before ordering a jacket, ordered size 14 sent me a XL, getting nowhere with the customer service, keep asking for an invoice but they did not send a invoice. Please avoid at all cost its just a scam. Once they have your money they are not interested as do not have a refund policy

Just wanted to keep the thread going of how bad this company is. Do not order from them. I ordered a jacket. Its absolute rubbish. Poor quality. I emailed and they took ages to get back tome. Then they ask for a photo. then you don't hear again. I'm still waiting. JUST AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. I'm not giving up though.

If I could give this company 0 star I would! An absolute scam and I just wish I had read reviews before purchasing! I ordered a two piece however, the items came and were totally different colours and to say they have customer service is a JOKE! An absolute joke!

Honestly do not buy from this company! I got a co-ord that was completely different colours. Fit and material were poor! By the looks of the other reviews, I’m not going to get far with a refund!

Absolute crooks! Never use this company. They falsely advertise 30 day money back guarantee! This is lies !
Jacket arrived poorly made and at least 2 sizes too small so I am unable to wear. Returns go back to china but they will not provide a return label and claim it will cost you 50 quid in shipping fees.
They offer you 30% of the price & keep the garment ! Don’t respond to email, it’s been nearly 2 months and I’m getting nowhere

Jacket came faulty been trying to get a refund for 6 weeks, keep offering 60%, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
