I was treated with the utmost respect and patience throughout my visit to Lowe&Sons and Powells. I had gone into the shop not knowing what i actually wanted to buy, having a gift voucher to spend. After almost 30 years, my wedding ring had become worn and too tight on my finger. A major complexity is that the deign involves 2 concentric rings mounted together, where the narrower ring ‘spins’ around the wider one. For a very modest price, Lowes were able to increase the size of the main ring and marry it with the second, which now fits snugly and yet still spins freely. An excellent repair - I am delighted how this turned out.

The staff were very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. My purchase wasn’t rushed and no pressure to buy. Would definitely recommend this jewellers for that special piece of jewellery. I would definitely use again.
