A bit of problems along the way but they were there with instant support to fix the problem for me, would use again when more fivem servers come out! Listened perfectly to my feedback really recommend these guys they know exactly what the are doing and listen to their customers all the time.

Great hosting, never had any issues with my Rust server even with 100+ pop and plugins. Control panelcan be a little annoying to use, needs a refresh as well but has lots of good features!

The stability of the server was great! However, modding the server was a chore, especially with larger mods on the Conan Exiles servers. Small mods were fairly easy (but a tutorial would have been so helpful), yet larger mods require and FTP program to install them. I think that complexity really needs to be streamlined. If it were a simple drag and drop, or possibly a one-click install/upgrade, that would make your servers absolutely top notch!

Very happy with their service, would rate higher if I could! Support has been very friendly as well. 10/10

Everytime i have a problem. With my server low.ms customer support has got it fixed within 24 hours of reporting of the problem will continue to work with them until i no longer need the service. Well done low.ms

I don't think its exagerating, saying low.ms is the best server hosting team i've worked with. There quick reply's and the perfect work of the solution they provide is increadible. I've been hosting servers for the past 6 years and since i found them i would not go somewhere else.
As soon as i need a new server i'll be back with low.ms !

So far this is the best gaming service when it gomes to game server hosting. By far the best customer service. No lag from servers either.

LOW.MS succeeds in affordable prices, and exeptional customer support, not to mention the specs of the hardware that they provide, are more than acceptable.

I have had a few game servers hosted with LOW.MS and any issues that had arised, they were resolved in a professional and timely manner, with brilliant explanations and guidance.

Recently Upgraded to a Dedicated Server with LOW.MS and i was constantly kept up to date with the installation and setup of the Dedicated server. Once recieved, was fully working and no issues at all.

If i could give a higher rating i would. I will be sticking with this company for the forseeable future.

Very easy to use, no downtime, great ping.

I've experienced a lot of lags and crashes.
They advertise a product that doesn't deliver its promise. Never had any compensation for what it caused us.

They also offer a very poor control panel, designed in the early 2000s with a very bad UX.

Currently my dedicated server in London is experiencing quite heavy attacks from other Rust owners and the staff have been busy stopping them, it appears to have paid off - very happy with this host

You simply can't go wrong with Low.ms, they have the best hardware, the kindest and most patient support and if you are like me and like to mess around with the server files you can do that for no extra fees.

The quality of performance was just as expected and the staff are very cooperative when it comes to resolving any issues or answering any questions you may have. The discord server is filled with information regarding servers and the services offered as well as support from staff & their community.

I have had barely any problems with my server on Conan. If I have, they are speedy at replying and ensuring the problem is fixed straight away.

I love low.ms, they have a great staff, very helpful and the server prices are very affordable. Recommended.

First, I am a real user of Low.ms. I run a Arma 3 server called asymmetric warfare.

From the admin side of things, they are the BEST when it comes to support. I've dropped 2 support tickets, and both were resolved <5 minutes of submitting. They fixed the issue, correctly the first time without having to go back and forth.

My server is in Ashburn, VA. I get great pings. I haven't stress tested it yet with a large group.

So far, I have had NO problems. Great Service. Great Support. THANKS!
