wonderful

The print is so vibrant and cool, they did a wonderful job. But there was a mistake - and when I contacted them, they took care of it immediately. I can't ask for more - cool product, great service.

Perfect gift! So cute!

I was worried since my picture was a tad blurry that it wouldn’t look good, but it turned out amazing! Bought it for a friend, and she loved it! So cute. Perfect combo of cartoon and looking realistic and accurate.

Order never arrived or a refund?

Ordered a customised pet blanket on the 1st of December for a Christmas present. Order number LOVUK5729.
It still has not arrived and I’ve sent numerous emails to ask on it’s whereabouts and finally a refund.
Needless to say I’ve had no response or refund. Very poor service indeed!

Ordered a blanket on 05/12/20 still…

Ordered a blanket on 05/12/2020 still no sign of it. Order number #LOVUK6081.
They keep saying it’s been sent and then say it was held up in production. What is the truth? Feels like a scam to me. £57 spent for nothing! Avoid!

Great customer service experience

I had an issue with the shipping of my purchase. In working with the customer service team, this issue was resolved effectively and quickly. I would definitely recommend Lovimals as a company, as you do not always get great customer service and attention paid to individual customers.

Havent received item

I ordered socks for my girlfriend in france on the 7th of december in hopes of them being delivered before christmas. They still havent even been sent... Ive emailed twice without getting a reply. I also need to change the address now as shes not where she was for christmas anymore.

Don't buy from this company if from UK

Don't buy from this company if from UK. From the reviews, it would seem as though there is a very different experience from US buyers. However I bought personalised socks from Lovimals a month ago for Christmas (ordered them on 8th December), they never arrived, and by 6th January they were still not in production due to manufacturers issues according to customer service. I had to contact them multiple times for updates, rather than them updating me on the status of production.

Their marketing was tailored towards animal socks as Christmas presents which you shouldn't do if you aren't able to fulfil an order by Christmas.

I have given them 2 stars just because the refund was given quickly when requested.

Disgraceful

Disgraceful. Do not buy from these people. I still haven’t received my order placed a month ago and they stated it would be delivered in time for Christmas. Fraud.

BEAUTIFUL MUGS! GREAT SERVICE! 100% RECOMMEND!

THE CUSTOM PET FACE MUGS ARE INCREDIBLE! Best Christmas gifts ever. Also, the customer service representatives are very nice and accommodating. I reached out to them regarding my order since it was taking a while to ship. There were some delays in shipping due to the holiday season and the pandemic, but I wrongly accused Lovimals of causing the delay. They gave me a shipping refund and sent me tracking information for the package. The package finally arrived and the mugs are even more beautiful than I thought they would be. Thank you so so much again for all of your help, for being so kind and patient with me even though I was irritable, and for delivering a truly high-quality product. I will definitely be ordering from you again. Thank you Lovimals!

Poor quality, wrong items and still waiting for other items

I placed my order before the cut off date for Christmas. Only part of my order has arrived as of today, 1/5, and it was incorrect. I got the wrong mugs and the quality of the pillow was awful. I did email customer service they got back quickly saying they'd make it right, but I'm still waiting for the corrected items and the other part of the original order that has never come.

Pleasantly surprised w/ the quality!!

I was pleasantly surprised & very impressed with the quality of the photo that showed on the socks I ordered!! I was nervous that the image would be blurry because the picture I provided was a screenshot from a video. The person I gifted them too absolutely loved them and was blown away :)

Pictures Look Great

Never received item

Order placed for christmas gift that still has not come in...... order #LOV659005.... is the item coming there is no update on status. Order was placed far before the 15 to 18 business that your site states. Yall have 0 customer service options so I was left with nothing else to do but leave bad review. Sorry tried supporting new business but did not receive merchandise. Still want the merchandise as it was a gift that was very anticipated.
