I got the air fresheners. The photos were clear, the cardboard used is nice and thick and sturdy. The scent of the fresheners was strong but not over powering. I will be shopping again soon!!!!

Couldn’t be happier!
Ordered the custom dog blanket for a friend who lost her dog. It turned out even better than I was expecting. After I ordered it I was worried the black backdrop wasn’t the best choice since he has grey and black Merle, but the artist rendered it perfectly. Delivered within the expected time frame.

dog photo mug gone bad - great customer service reply
It is too bad that I got the quickest reply when I wrote the bad review. I appreciate the very quick reply and refund that you have issued. The free reprint that you offered is great; my daughter would love to have a mug with her dog's face on it if it is going to turn out cute like the examples that are shown on your website. It it is going to be anything like what I already received, I will pass. Thank you.
I submitted a photo of my daughter's dog as I wanted to get her a mug with his picture for Christmas. It came and nobody knew what it was; it just look like a big blob. The artist did a very poor job. I asked about a refund policy and the company said that they would check and get back to me. They never did. I have a worthless mug and I am out the money. I won't be using them again or suggesting that anyone else does either.

I just checked your order and it was one of our Christmas orders, this was escalated to me and I actually offered a reprint because the print turned out not like the artwork but for some reason due to the very busy season, the team wasn't able to monitor and follow up re your complaint. I asked the team to email you again today to sort out the refund and also offer a reprint of your order as a sign of our apology. Hope you give us a chance to make things right though it's late already.
