The product took a very long time to arrive (a month), especially considering it is supposed to be a London based company and I live in Oxfordshire. There was little communication, the telephone number on the website doesn’t work and I had to resort to begging for information from Instagram. The product itself is really lovely and I am pleased with it, however I have lost faith in the company and wouldn’t buy anything else from them which is so sad, they have some great things available

Another fab delivery from loveyaayaa. This time the denim jumpsuit. It is so lovely and the cut is perfect.

Oh My God! Why didn't I read the reviews before I purchased. I ordered a trench coat on 13th August and am STILL waiting nearly two months on without a response. I've sent emails no reply, I feel sick! The worst part is that I placed an earlier order and they arrived (AFTER I had to email for an ETA). From the looks of these reviews, I probably wont receive it nor my money. What really hurts is I love the clothes and wanted to buy more things

If there was the option to give 0 stars. Absolute scam people. It's been over a month. On the 23rd of September received a text stating item shipped. Bearing in mind, I was supposed to get my item on the 13th of September. Anyway, I sent multiple messages on Instagram asking for the tracking number and who the courier is. They ignored me, so I copied the same message and paste it under their stories and posts. They don't like that, so they gave me a tracking number to shut me up. When I checked the number as it was "supposed to be with Royal Mail" the number does not exist. This was confirmed via Royal Mail customer service. These people will receive their karma. They are thieves, so people please!!! do not purchase from them.!!! I am a woman who does not heavily rely on reviews because in life we have to take chances. I am also a woman who will not go out of my way to expose people because karma handles it for me. But on this one occasion I feel it is only right to warn people about this Love Yaa Yaa company. £70 was the cost of the jacket I purchased from them. I bought this item with good intentions not only because I loved the jacket, but also because I felt good helping a small owned business.

If it is too late and you have already purchased from them, get in touch with your bank and make a Visa Dispute Claim. These people should not get away with this. Also inform Instagram as well. Love Yaa Yaa if you so happen to read this you need to stop stealing from hard working, honest people. Think about what your doing because you would not like it if people was doing this to you.

I will repeat, PEOPLE AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM!!! YOU WILL NOT GET THE ITEM YOU SPENT ALLOT OF MONEY FOR!! It is the end of September and I do not have no £70 jacket.

Sadly I’m experiencing the same problems as many others. I ordered 2 obi belts but not yet received despite being told on 3 different occasions that they have received them from the manufacturer and they will be sent out that day. My order is still showing as only confirmed on tracking. I have been able to contact them via online chat, but if I’m not being given correct information on that chat it’s pointless making contact. I’ve been informed that I will receive an email about my order several times but nothing has ever come through. Don’t risk placing an order at the moment, there seems to be many issues currently and I can’t see this company being around for too much longer.

Ordered a coat on August 13th was due to arrive by mid September. Nothing. Emailed and was told there had been a delay but they were due to arrive now the following Monday and that it would be sent straight out to me. That was a fortnight ago roughly and still nothing. They've stopped responding to emails. Will try the WhatsApp number tomorrow as suggested by someone else on here. Noticed they're no longer on the list of the clearpay merchants... Sadly seems to be a failing business who has bitten off more than they can chew.

Reasonably priced, friendly service. Little small extras like a reusable bag. Love the colour and quality of hoodie.

So I bought 3 items. Decided to keep
1 but sent 2 back. Orders were received by them on 26 August and 1 September. It’s 22 September and their site says they will refund in 14 days. After sending a couple of emails and not receiving a response, and no refund either, I decided to what’sapp the number on their site. Pleased to say I did get a response immediately and once I had given my order numbers, received emails from PayPal instantly to say monies had been refunded. So for anyone out there in the same situation perhaps try this route as seemed to work for me. Hadn’t read all the bad reviews pre ordering. Such a shame as the dress I kept was nice but would definitely put me off ordering in the future as can’t be bothered with the hassle.

PayPal have advised that the refunds haven’t completed.

This company are a disgrace. I ordered a jacket at the beginning of July and it has still not arrived and they are impossible to get in touch with. I actually want my money back - £56 more than the jacket now. Should be had up by Trading Standards- probably my next step.

Do not buy from this company ! Wished to exchange an item not sent to me waiting over 2 months - £50 stolen what a con - can’t get in touch do not answer messages - reporting them to Trading Standards - absolute scam

Amazing responses when you want to purchase something.. Zero when you are waiting for your return. Managed to contact via Whats App snd have said they would look at it but nothing! I should if read the reviews on here then I would ever of brought from them, literally scamming you.. Order no -12334

After placing my order around 4 weeks ago, since the confirmation email I have heard nothing about the delivery of my jacket. No response to emails, no response to facebook messages, the contact number is out of service.
Appalling service and now just can't help thinking that they are nothing but thieves!
I asked on a facebook group I'm on about this company and so many people have had the same experience!
Don't bother emailing their care@ email address as no care or response is given!

it’s now 6 weeks since I placed my order for an obi belt I’ve chased and chased no one responds eventually I got a what’s app message to say my order was being shipped the following week …. That was you almost 2 weeks ago and still nothing has arrived! … absolutely appalling CS and will never order from them again … if I haven’t received my order in the next week I am going to be reporting this company as they have taken my money!!

Update my belt finally arrived on 8th September but the lack of CS is terrible no one responds to the ‘contact’ on their website no one answers the phone and when trying to track my order the reference number was not recognised … in summary the belt I eventually received was and is beautiful BUT I would never buy from this site again due to the time and complete lack of response to my chasing

Outrageous experience and customer service I placed my order on 5th August and have heard nothing, they dont respond to emails or reply but happy to take your money! I wish i had read reviews before i bothered ordering from the site!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Would NOT recommend!

Absolutely terrible service - I placed an order in July and I am still awaiting the goods. Poor customer service nobody responds to your emails but happy to take your money.
