Counterfeit sellers. LoveTheSales wash their hands
Avoid!! They hide behind being a marketplace despite them being the merchant. Received a fake top and I sent evidence of differences against other genuine items. Their “investigation” literally consisted of asking the seller “is your item fake” to which the response was of course to claim it’s not. Despite clear images of the differences. They expect me to pay for a return of their fake goods. Joke. Reported to trading standards and my credit card company. Avoding their responsibility under consumer rights act by claiming to be a marketplace.

Paying almost £700 for a counterfeit Gucci watch … avoid
Paying almost £700 for a counterfeit watch is not only shameful but illegal ! Thankfully I took my new “Gucci” watch to Gucci in London to have the strap removed to be told that it was counterfeit, embarrassing as that was I was thankful to know which enabled me to get a refund. Look for a serial number engraved on your watch mine didn’t have one , the card in the box serial number related to a man’s watch , I bought a ladies so a random number probably sent to all. When pictured next to a genuine Gucci many differences. If I’d paid £20 in a backstreet market fair enough you know what to expect but this company claims that everything is genuine. Trading standings are now involved. I would like to attach photos but cannot. Do not trust this company I have now got my money back after an extremely upsetting stressful few weeks.
Update! Watch & Watch then contacted me offering me a “free” genuine Gucci watch if I took this review down , I played along to see what would happen ! Needless to say no genuine watch was sent and no further contact until today when I hear they have reported this honest review to TrustPilot , thankfully I am able to share my experience of this company to help stop others buying from them , I should add originally the purchase was made through Love the Sales who sell for them.
Love the sales have never contacted me nor apologised and they still are selling counterfeit watches via Watch & Watch.
