Ordered some trainers….2 days later…
Ordered some trainers….2 days later they cancelled my order, no email, they just processed the refund. When I received my refund, they had deducted the postage fee!! I hadn’t received anything in the first place to post back! Terrible service

Fantastic price on a lovely Dunhill Tie for myself and some Designer Hi-tops for my Daughter. Arrived as two separate orders one 3 days one 8 days. Absolutely can't complain about a slight postage delay given the huge discount.

Really easy experience and great deals with easy payment options. I will use again. Delivery was also on time.
I’d like to amend my review. As I was sent an email by love the sales offering me a £10 voucher for a review which I did. This was approx 4 weeks ago. I have sent them 3 chaser email with not one reply. This is false marketing in my opinion.

ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY, THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WHEN REQUESTING A REFUND FOR ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN RETURNED ( AND WITH PROOF AS A TRACKED PARCEL) THEY DO EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO FOB YOU OFF AND TEL YOU THAT YOU NEED TO RAISE A DISPUE WITH ROYAL MAIL.
My Partner ordered me two All Saints Tshirts for my Birthday, upon trying them on they were too tight, so as not to have to wait for a return or refund she ordered two more of the same style and colour in the larger size, we swiftly arranged for a return and followed all the necessary instructions to ensure they we delivered as expected.
We used ROYAL MAIL 48 Tracked and that was the last we heard until we chased it up.
I have proof of postage, proof of delivery also with GPS Co-Ordinates and they are now telling us that they haven't received the items and we need to file a complaint with Royal Mail.
We have contacted Customer Services and just been spun a yarn, acting like they are trying to help where in all reality they are nothing but a set of Scam Artist at work.
The process they use is disgusting and when we provided proof they just laugh it off.
I Would approach this company with the greatest of caution if looking to purchase anything from them and would avoid using them like the Plague.
BE WARNED
Daylight robbery in every single way, Disgusting Customer Services and a S***E Show to boot.

I was speaking to her for 24 hrs where she made sure that I was refunded promptly with excellent customer service skills - she is an asset to LTS team .
