The most horrible service
The most horrible service. The packing materials, despite the next-workday arrival promise, arrived 3 work days later.
On the collection day, the driver did not show up on time. Tried to contact the customer service team many times but did not get any helpful answer; no one told me where the driver was or what would be the updated pick-up time. Really poor service and poor support.
[Update: the first driver did not show up; a second driver collected the suitcases from the reception 7 hours after the estimated collection time without calling in advance or sending any text or emails afterwards. Had to call the service team to check the status but was initially told that the suitcases were not picked up - was deeply concerned and considered calling the police. It was only confirmed that the suitcases were actually collected by the driver from the company after 3 days of the collection time. The online service team simply ignored the messages and never responded. So far, 6 days have passed, and no update could be seen via the system.]
In summary: DO NOT USE unless you want to make the storage process much more troubling.
