Much cheaper than using DHL as an individual. General guidelines are clear enough to follow. Good customer support.

Very grateful to this company. They picked up and held my items in storage for 2 months while I was away on holiday. I was also relocating to a different part of the UK once I returned and they were able to efficiently transport all my items perfectly intact in good time. What’s even more amazing is that I wasn’t able to attach my shipping labels on the boxes but they still kindly collected them and even placed the labels for me! Worth the amount of money paid as well. Much appreciated, I know who to contact next time!

I used Student Storage Box to move my boxes and suitcases from London to NYC 4 weeks ago, since DHL picked up my items, I received no update from Student storage. 4 weeks later DHL contacts me regarding a suitcase that got returned to my old address. Zero customer service, zero notification from Student Box. I paid near £ 1k for an incomplete service. I am completely unable to figure out if my 4 other boxes and suitcases will make it to me in NYC and I dont know what to do with the suitcase that is left behind.

Student Storage Box team, if you see this I don’t want a useless apology answer, I want am update on when my items will arrive and a re-collection/delivery of the suitcase that was returned to the UK.

Very simple instructions that’s re easy to follow. Website is clear and simple. Not too much of a cost for the length of time. All items returned promptly in perfect order

When my boxes arrived some were even opened and torn. I had glass products in the boxes wrapped in bubble wrap and they were ALL broken, the box was literally leaking with glass. They didn’t even communicate properly, paying weakly for such poor service and just for my items to be broken.

used the service for my son at uni. They sent out the boxes to pack and easy collection by driver. No complaints about the whole process. was even easier to arrange redelivery of my storage to my new accommodation. The driver was there before me! Great Service will use them again at the end of this year!

I have used Studnet Storage box service every summer for the past three years in university and I have had a great experience everytime, they deliver on time whether it’s their label holders or your luggage, it’s all done very smoothly. Once you’ve booked the service and placed your luggage at reception, it’s all good.

Four boxes were to be delivered today but it's already past the delivery time and I have nothing. I waited in the house the whole day and this has to be the most frustrating experience ever. The online portal does not provide a tracking number so I can't follow up even if I want to. Now I am questioning whether the potential collection will be a similar experience.

Instruction are easy to follow, simple and clear response from customer service, the best thing is provide free boxed and tapes which help a lot. A nice storage experience with SSB.
