O’h dear I bought the wrong one.
I recently purchased an item for my wife’s birthday. Needless to say I chose the wrong one. Went back to the shop to replace it with the correct item, no problem, 2 minute transaction and we were away. Really impressed with their customer service, a great asset to Tring.

Would definitely use this company again.
Update on this product: having had this sofa for a couple of months now I’m sad to say it’s the most uncomfortable sofa I’ve ever had to sit on.
It’s very, very firm and hasn’t softened at all.
The back is so upright and has no support for the lumber area of the back.
I think this sofa would be best placed in an office waiting area rather than in the home.
May be suitable for some people but not fir us.
New sofa already ordered elsewhere and can’t wait to out this one!
