Great Customer Service
When I thought I had been billed twice for treatment, I contacted customer service and the reply was quick and professional. The rep explained my error in detail and explained what he did and what to do for future orders. I also like the fact that I'm not being pushed to increase my dose. I'm still on the lowest dose and while not dropping weight super fast, I am still noticing a definite weight loss, a decrease in appetite and most of all sugar cravings (my kryptonite).

Poor Customer Service and Bait/Switch
I had multiple exchanges with customer service expressing a desire to switch from the compounded version to the branded, Zepbound.
I was very disappointed with the way the customer service agents handled the situation and would not recommend others to lovely meds.

Scam
Scam – be very careful
The medication they send, supposedly with vitamin B12, does NOT contain tirzepatide.
On top of that, they make unauthorized automatic charges. When I tried to cancel, they claimed I had to pay a cancellation fee, which was never disclosed or authorized.
This company uses deceptive practices. I do not recommend it.

I agree with previous reviews as it pertains to costumer service but I do not feel that product was effective at all. I purchased without the use of insurance so I was of course self pay at $247 I think for the first month. I was disappointed as after completing the entire first months supply, there was absolutely no change in ANYTHING. I reached out to the care team who actually took the time to actually call me back at......... 3:30AM........!!!!! I did not order again for the next months supply because I had concerns as to what I was putting into my body. Fast forward I was finally able to obtain the same medicine through insurance and within the first two days I noticed significant differences between the two medicines. The FDA approved medication started showing results right away via cutting appetite etc...unlike the knockoff. My only comment is that while paying these large amounts of cash to please be sure you know what is being injected into your body. I really feel that my off brand month supply was that good old H2O. Hefty price tag for 4 injections. Glad it wasn't something else.
