I contacted love luxury for a quote to sell a new Hermes Constance 24 Epsom bag following a recommendation from a Facebook group.
I got a response a couple of hours after and had a quote to sell right away with instance cash or to sell it as a consignment.
I opted for the consignment route, completed all the paper work in store, got the bag authenticated by them.
A month later got my bag sold and money paid into my account without delay.
Adam, was all through the period professional, reassuring, kept me informed , transparent and extremely helpful.

Highly recommend Love Luxury. I received an offer for my beige Chanel classic flap bag very quickly and I liked being able to visit the Knightsbridge store for the inspection, rather than posting such a high value item. Adam was really lovely and took excellent care handling the bag. Payout was prompt (same day). I’d definitely sell more of my bags through them again!
