Tried multiple times to get a refund…

Tried multiple times to get a refund for a flight cancellation which the airline put in my wallet. However they cannot refund me directly as I booked through loveholidays. Loveholidays will not contact Ryanair to obtain this refund so I can get my money back. I have had an email they will refund me but subsequently told to disregard that email. This has been ongoing since I was actually on holiday a month ago! The most horrific service I have ever received. I will use other travel companies in future. There post travel query was also a WASTE OF TIME as again I am fobbed off to Ryanair who have already confirmed they need loveholidays to get InTouch for a refund.

I didn't know where I wanted to go for…

I didn't know where I wanted to go for my first holiday in years. After looking at different places, I chose Gran Canaria. The price swung it for me, and Love Holiday was by far the cheapest company to book with. The booking process was very simple and straightforward, my only tiny fault was you have to do everything online IE the flights etc. As someone not used to doing this, I think I might find it a bit hard, but will give it a go.

Not so good service at the moment

Not so good at the moment. Booked our flights for a morning departure from B’ham and an early afternoon arrival back to UK only to find via email only, that they have changed our flights to night time!!! My partner has medical reasons for not being able to fly at these times. Called Love Holidays and explained the reasons why we couldn’t take the rescheduled flights and we had booked our flight in good faith that Love Holidays would honour them! Apparently not. We were told they would look into it and get back to us in 2-3 days, but heard nothing back yet! We are due to fly out soon and getting rather nervous as to whether we have a holiday to go or not?!

I'm unhappy and sad

I'm unhappy and sad. I bought a trip on LoveHoliday and selected all-inclusive. After paying, it turned out that for this price I only got two meals a day: breakfast and dinner 😞. I would have to pay an additional £850. When I log back into the app, it shows me all-inclusive for the price they gave me, only breakfast and dinner. Something went wrong. I feel cheated.

When looking at your booking and the team's records, we can see that half board was the option selected and confirmed at the time of purchase.

Our team did look into upgrading your board basis to all inclusive and provided you with a quote for this. I'm sorry to hear you were unhappy with the cost of the upgrade, and I can see our cancellation terms were also discussed at your request.

If you decide you'd like to upgrade your board basis or go ahead with a cancellation, you can do this yourself through Manage My Booking.

We booked a holiday to the Maldives and…

We booked a holiday to the Maldives and all excited as a once in a lifetime time experience and it got cancelled with no reason as to why. And got offered a £50 voucher for cancellation a dream holiday. They changed our flights 3 times before cancelling our holiday to Maldives to just be let down.

Customer service helpline.

Needed to ring customer services as I could not find how to book special assistance for my husband for the flight, the young lady (Sophie Parsons) was extreemly helpfull. She finished off the booking for me and then sent me the details for Jet 2 so I could book the seats and assistance.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. We booked and fully paid for a package holiday with Loveholidays for our family, including our two severely disabled children aged 1 and 8 years old.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that our holiday had not been booked by the company. Despite showing them the confirmation email, the hotel refused to accept it.

We were left waiting in the hotel lobby for over 4 hours with two distressed disabled children, in extreme heat, and no water or assistance was offered. The lack of empathy from the hotel staff was shocking — while my children were crying and experiencing anxiety, staff members were standing around laughing instead of helping.

We were then forced to pay again for the stay while I desperately tried to contact the Loveholidays team in the UK. I could not get hold of anyone for support.

The complete lack of customer service, compassion, and accountability was unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would never recommend anyone to book with Loveholidays again.
