I found a wedding set I loved. I wanted it with a different size center stone. I contacted Louily & they were able to custom make the ring. Every time I emailed them, they got right back to me. My roughing came out gorgeous! It’s exactly what I wanted!

I absolutely love my ring set! Ordering was easy, although choosing wasn't as there are so many beautiful rings available. They came in a lovely box, well presented.
The only downside is the length of time from ordering to receiving them.
If you want something for a specific timescale, make sure you order in plenty of time.

Great Customer Service!
I placed an order and my shipment was stuck in another state for two weeks or 10 days and I reached out to the company and they immediately expedited my products ASAP. I ended up getting my first order three weeks later I reached out to. What they wanted me to do and they just said for me to keep it company is great. They’re very on top of Customer Service service which is great. I appreciate it and I love my things that I bought.
