I ordered a 16 stone on January 21st. It arrived via courier February 2nd, with tracking updates every step of the way.
The ring is gorgeous, just like ones thousands of dollars more. It came securely packaged, with a beautiful ring box and gift bag, as well as a silver storage pouch, and polishing cloth. I love it and it is sized as expected.

3 PC 6.0 Carat Oval Cut Wedding Set
I really loved the ring that I got! The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that about two weeks after wearing the ring, two of the side stone diamonds fell out. Customer service was great and got back to me that same day and is sending me a new ring free of charge! I also appreciate their lifetime warranty and how they honor it! Great service all around and would recommend buying from them if you aren't wanting to spend an arm and a leg on a real diamond. These look the exact same but are a fraction of the price!

Do not trust
Do not trust the reviews on the website. They are artificially high. It will not let you post a negative review. Also this website makes it very difficult to return an item and get a refund they claim to including shipping cost, but when it actually comes to returning the item scam you out of your refund.

Purchased 2 bands with stones & 2 rings with stones. They arrived and were NOT at all as pictured--the rings had clearly been photoshopped to look larger. And the quality was very very poor. Their return policy is outrageous--and it costs hundreds of dollars to return the items to China. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE--Package was received in CHINA 2 weeks ago--there has been no refund. I finally disputed the charge with my bank.

If I could give a -10 I would. This company is engaging in illegal practices. Do not support. Check their website- there is no clear information on return. I had to email and ask for it. They make you return to China. That is very expensive and not easy. Then I received an email asking me to lie to customs and declare the $200 purchase as $15 so they don’t have to pay duties. And if I don’t do that, and they are charged those extra duties, they will come out of my return. These are the companies that are defrauding US companies. Stay away. Support ethical business. Happy to share email proof of this conversation with anyone.

After making it clear I was going to report them to Customs Authorities, Louily updated their website to add the China return address. Unfortunately, they cannot redact emails in which they tell me to commit customs fraud by underdeclaring. So no amount of trying to clarify that stance in their response is going to be helpful. They did however offer me a gift card for only 1/2 half of what I paid- refund all of my money and clean up your operations. You want to operate in America, operate lawfully.

I purchased an item from them and wife didn’t like it so i reached out to them to start a return process they sent me the return address i paid the 57$ to return a 140$ item and sent it back… my wife has no idea where the tracking number went and instead of trying to work with us they didnt refund me at all and is pretty much saying they haven’t received it and wont do anything without a tracking number. They are simply taking us for a ride and instead of just refunding us they dont wanna do anything… highly don’t recommend a company like this to purchase anything

I paid $211 for it and I found it on Temu for six dollars when I receive it I’m returning it and my boyfriend is going to take me to a real jewelry store.
