Avoid this company at all costs, still owe me £5300 from last year. They used They dont accept 3rd party deposits. But one of there main deposit methods is 3rd party (trustly) even emailed to tell me they are definitely classed as 3rd party. But the excuse They used to not pay was I used my sons account to deposit and its a 3rd party. But like I said so is trustly and I trust my son more than a 3rd party app

Played Pirots 3 and uses the bonus hunt which on other sites will normally vary with how much you win and how many bonus you get but with this site not 1 in £100 and then when I did get 1 it paid £6.00. Then somehow managed to spin a super bonus which is rare to then see it paid out less than £100 considering it’s the best bonus in the game. They just take your money with nothing note worthy in return

I won money on Christmas day and I'm still waiting for it 12 days later. After contacting their private chat they say I have to give them bank statements to prove who I am despite using them for years. All I want is for my winnings to be returned to the same account they took it from when I deposited. They have my bank account number and sort code but I have to put my bank statements in PDF form and the link they sent me to do it doesn't even work. Avoid this site at all costs. They're quick enough to take your money but when it comes to transferring your winnings it's all delaying tactics. Avoid.

500 pound the first time just before Christmas then thought I'd play on eventually one 1731 as soon as I withdrew the winnings they then froze my winnings only to say they needed more ID I've provided the ID and it has now been seven days later still have not received no winning seems to be that any time you win on this company that they freeze the account and always ask for ID and then take their time I don't know if they eventually do pay out on not but I've tracked every email and message with customer services on their live chat and seems to be just a waste of time

Overall a good site,good choice of games,had a few small wins. Seems fair up to now. I would have given 5 stars but the letdown, a very important one to everyone, is the withdrawal times.
