Made a withdrawal on the 26th was apparently sent on the 27th and yet it’s still not in my bank. Asked for proof of payment as my bank can’t find the transaction also and was told that it was not yet available when supposedly the money has been sent. Contacted live chat only to be told I was being fruitful by James absolutely horrendous

I’ve opened an account yesterday, I had a wining and then I withdrew. Today after 24 hours my account has been suddenly closed. Apparently due to have multiple accounts, which I don’t. This is my only account. The agent Esmerlada had a very bad and nasty attitude towards me. I will have my lawyer to raise a formal complaint against this site with IBAS and UKCG. This is a scam.

So basically it’s a straight forward…
So basically it’s a straight forward fraud. I have been using this app for 2 months now . I made multiple deposits and withdrawals without any issues. Once I got a big win and made a withdrawal. Guess what? They closed my account! I tried to contact them asking about the reason. They said because you are born in a country that recognises a high risk?!… straight forward bullshit . Well I explained to them even so my whole transactions were made in an EU country and my bank account based in an EU country and I am also living in an EU country and I already made multiple payments without any issues. So this is straight forward fraud and scam . They said the decision is final and I am not entitled for my winnings and withdrawals.
So guys just be careful. If this’s not a scam I don’t know what the scam is.

This site is a complete joke
This site is a complete joke, I constantly deposit for it to dead spin my balance over and over, in my last 10 deposits I've gotten over 30 bonuses that have paid 0x 99 percent of all the spins and bonuses I get playing my favourite game are dead its ridiculous. I dont mind losing have lost over 60k past 10 years but for my deposit to last 3 minutes because nothing ever happens is a scam and it's none stop over and over and over again. Refusing to withdraw winnings or refund deposits
Deposited around £80 over a week ago now. Used mine and my partners shared card, we share this bank account for purchases as we live together, we share it especially for purchases for our son. This account has our shared money in it. After withdrawing £100 lottoland permanently blcoked my account and refused to pay my winnings. Apparently I breached terms and conditions. I sent in all documents asked of me. Even my partners ID and bank statements which I provided. You can see from our addresses we live together. They have also refused to refund the original payment method even though they haven’t fuffiled any services. How is this aloud? Fair enough not paying out winnings. But robbing you of your deposits should be illegal. We are willing to call the bank and dispute the purchases. I am in contact with gambling commission. Don’t even bother commenting to email you. I have been back and forward with you over the last week and your customer service has been awful. No real answers. You are scammers! I am taking this further through gambling commission. Social media followers and solicitor of you refuse to refund me!

Wish I could give a zero there happy to take your deposits but when you win ask for verification you send them what they ask for but do not let you know that they have been rejected. You send everything then account gets closed saying breach of terms so they take any winnings from you aswell as let you keep depositing. I would avoid these at all costs you would be better flushing money down the toilet before depositing with lotto land worst online gambling site I have ever come across

Started an account today deposited £300 then had a large win of £2500 on game. Withdrew the £2500 and got confirmation email. Deposited another £50 won £350. Then was logged out and told my account had been closed. Contacted customer support through chat asked bot to connect me to a human.
Was told that my payment method was used on another account. I don’t have another account nor do I share my card details. Lost my winnings and told that all my deposits would be refunded.

This company runs a daylight robbery.
After depositing 10£ I have managed to won 35£ which I have whitdrew . After a day or so the company contacted me requesting unnecessary and intrusive “verification” documents in order to get my money— including a bank statement and a photo of me holding my bank card next to my face. This raised serious concerns about their legitimacy and data security practices. I strongly advise others to stay away from this platform.
