Great for searching for retirement homes. There are different ways of searching.

We were looking for help to find a suitable care home for a respite stay for our 94 year old Mum. Without help from Lottie advisers we wouldn't have a clear idea of where to start. Information was presented clearly, with everything needed in the one place. Using the list sent to us we visited the homes and found a perfect match. Mum was very well looked in very friendly, comfortable, bright surroundings. We wouldn't be where we are with Mum's care without Lottie's initial guidance. Thank you very much.

Have only had this one call so far but was very impressed with level of attention to my situation. Eva really seemed to understand the situation and made a number of suggestions. She also offered assistance in following up.on any of these suggestions or any other matters that arose. She agreed so send a written summary which arrived early the following day. Great service so far!

I had an appointment with Klara and she was fantastic. She was really empathetic to my situation and was very thorough. By the time we finished she had a whole list of things she was going to go away and research for me which really took some of the stress and pressure off.
