First Impressions - My Initial Contact With Lottie
The care expert I spoke with was very understanding and considerate regarding my care situation and needs for my father. She was very supportive and knowledgeable in terms of weighing up the options and offered to contact Lotties various care partners regarding next steps for my father’s care journey. There was no time pressure and the care agent clearly and concisely answered all my questions. A great first impression of the service and support network provided by Lottie.

First.impressions....
Have only had this one call so far but was very impressed with level of attention to my situation. Eva really seemed to understand the situation and made a number of suggestions. She also offered assistance in following up.on any of these suggestions or any other matters that arose. She agreed so send a written summary which arrived early the following day. Great service so far!

I had an appointment with Klara and she…
I had an appointment with Klara and she was fantastic. She was really empathetic to my situation and was very thorough. By the time we finished she had a whole list of things she was going to go away and research for me which really took some of the stress and pressure off. She sent over all the info the following day! Thanks again!

Lottie gave a thorough and reliable service
I appreciated the 'phone call from Klara and we were able to have a very useful chat about my husband's needs. She understood that my job as his carer was becoming more demanding as I'm nearing the age of 90 in March and that I needed some respite in order to continue . The information she sent covered all the points discussed and was very thorough and I am following it up.
