ordered perfume on 11/13. got a shipping number on 12/6. never shipped. and shipping number they provided me with was a fraudulent number. I received an email from post service today saying it was delivered. when I called to inquire where the package was they (postal service) told me the tracking number was a different name and address. this company is a scam. they don't respond to emails either

What is happening with this company never had a problem with my orders in past, but ordered multiple items just before christmas and like all the other reviews not received them had no response from them after numerous emails to there customer service team, also asked for a refund and still no response.. the annoying thing is the emails I've been getting with promotions on items and January sales shouldn't be allowed,

I ordered a Christmas gift for my grand-daughter on black Friday. Got a email that due to sales it was delayed. Emailed them back 3x or more to see if the perfume is coming. Never a response. Nothing. Everytime I gave them my phone number also to call. They took the money and ran. Now I'll have to cancel the payment. So sad. Please don't order from this company. Never get product.

I never received my item. I reached out to customer service several times with no response. They indicate a shipping label was created but the item was never sent. Buyer beware.

Ordered a pre order item and received tracking and it never shipped. Have reached out multiple times and also asked for a refund since I never received and haven't heard anything. Worst customer service do not order from them!

Placed order on 12/2/24, paid for it, never received it. Contacted them more than 6 times with no reply. I used to like this company, but there is no excuse for this! I will never get my money back and I will never purchase products from them again!

I ordered the outer banks perfume on 11/12 and still have not received any product I have reached out on several occasions with no response. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

If I could give minus stars I would. I never received my order from 11/30/24. I have emailed and tried their contact form on their site 5 times. I also messaged them on Instagram. I have gotten no response whatsoever. I am shocked at the lack of customer service by this company.

Ordered mascara on 22/11/2024 in time for Christmas and got a confirmation e-mail. Order not received. Sent x3 e-mails to customer service with no response. Have reported to trading standards. Will never use this company again. I now have to spend time and energy getting my money back. Customer beware!

I submitted an order over a month ago for my daughter for Christmas which has still not been received nor have they responded to any of my emails.

I would use zero stars but had to choose one to enter the review. Ordered outerbanks Pogue perfume November 30 has not been delivered and no responses to my 6 customer service inquiries and 2 emails. They took the cash though!!!!!

Ordered the Outerbanks perfume on 12/4/24, 5-7 day shipping promise. 12/12/24 received email that they are on backorder due to black Friday sales. Emailed 12/20 and again on 12/27 for an ETA on my order. I am okay if I need to wait but at least give me an update when requested. All of my emails have gone unanswered. I am now having to dispute with my bank to get my money back because this now seems like a scam. I also checked their UK page, the Outerbanks perfume is not on backorder there so why here in the US? Also, the UK store does not ship to the US...I tried.

I wish I could give a ZERO instead of a One star. Placed and order for outer banks cologne and makeup on 11/30/24. Received an automatic email stating it was delayed on 12/11/24. I also ordered the Outer Banks perfume for my Granddaughter for Christmas and never received it. I placed the order on November 25. I sent an e-mail on 12/10 and got a response on 12/13 that said they apologized for the delay. I was told that they are working on resolving this issue and I should have it before Christmas. Never received it, I sent another e-mail with no response yet. Very disappointed

I purchased on 11/11. It has been in pre-shipment since 11/28. There has been zero customer service communication, zero response to my emails and messages. Just took my money and I have nothing for it!
