What an outstanding charity!

So thorough yet friendly through the application/vetting process and great communication throughout adoption process with regular pupdates.

Travel / arrival day was so well handled and efficiently managed. You can tell all their dogs are loved and cared for, the whole process warmed my heart. Thank you Lost Paws 🐾💛

We've adopted two dogs through Lost Paws. Percy and then Doris, and honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

From the very first contact, the team were professional, transparent and incredibly supportive. The process both times was thorough – which we really appreciated – as it showed how much they care about matching the right dogs to the right homes. We were kept updated throughout with clear communication, advice and reassurance.

When they arrived, it was obvious how much work had gone into preparing them for their new lives. The aftercare support has also been fantastic – Lost Paws don’t just disappear once the adoption is complete. They genuinely care about the long-term welfare of the dogs they re-home.

If you are considering adopting, I would absolutely recommend Lost Paws. They are dedicated, ethical and clearly passionate about what they do. We feel very lucky to have found them – and even luckier to have Percy and Doris as part of our family.

We felt the whole experience from start to finish was well explained, assessment & safety checks were thorough and follow-ups were available for the first year. All staff were friendly and supportive. We had constant photos and videos whilst our pup was in foster awaiting her flight and regular updates around feeding, sleep, toileting training etc, which was so helpful as gave us an insight into how she was getting on. Would definitely use them again if we decide to adopt another dog.

I adopted beautiful Callie from the pound, and rehomed Fletcher from a previous adopter. Lost Paws go above and beyond to support you in your adoption journey and you get a lovely community of fellow adopters to keep in contact with too. They do such fantastic work rehoming dogs from terrible situations.

Wonderful caring dog charity, clear communication throughout the whole experience. Home check was carried out and great after care and support after our pup was home. I really couldn’t recommend them enough.

We adopted our girl from lost paws a year ago, we cannot fault anything! The adoption process is stress free, you are sent pictures, videos and messages keeping you updated with your dogs progress and their up coming flight. You are kept up to date while your dog is traveling to you too. Our girl was very well looked after while at the pound and she was in lovely condition when she arrived. She was very well socialised with other dogs and people, she loved my daughter as soon as she met her ( 13yo ). She loves cuddles, exploring on walks, meeting and playing with other dogs, treats, and food! She also travels well in the car. The only time she has been at the vets is for hay fever, because of the difference in plants compared to cypress ( no fault of lost paws ) she was spayed, microchipped, full health check, had bloods and vaccines before she came to us. The staff are always on hand to answer any questions you have, before and after adoption. She settled in so well and we wouldn't be without her. I can't recommend lost paws enough!

We adopted our glorious Gloria through Lost Paws in March 2025. The process was very smooth and professional right from the start and once accepted we had support all the way through the process by the staff . We had plenty of opportunity to ask questions when needed and whilst waiting for her to be able to fly We were kept updated every step of the way. The details of transport were very clear and we had very clear communication. Since we collected her we have also had further contact from the support team. She is absolutely beautiful and when she arrived we could tell she had been very well taken care of by her foster mum. We would have no hesitation in recommending Lost Paws to anyone looking for a rescue dog.

This charity deserves every bit of praise it receives. While our two adopted dogs came through Hope2Hounds, we’ve fostered several dogs with Lost Paws over the years, and the experience has been nothing short of inspiring.

Their team is knowledgeable, caring, and deeply committed to giving every dog the best possible start. They provide excellent support to foster families and never make you feel alone in the process. The dogs themselves have been wonderful—each with their own story, personality, and resilience. Watching them settle, trust, and eventually thrive has been one of the most meaningful experiences we’ve had.

After poor experiences with UK adoption centres, my daughter suggested adopting from abroad. I found Lost Paws and they were a breath of fresh air.
The communication was fantastic from start to finish and I couldn’t be more happy with my two rescues.

I adopted Rudi back in 2019 and have strongly recommended Lost Paws to anyone looking to adopt since. Communication was prompt, clear and most of all you could see that the staff were kind and generous people who genuinely want the best for the dogs they were saving. They go above and beyond to do everything in their power to give the dogs the life they deserve and I could not be more grateful that after their thorough checks, I was able to adopt Rudi. My life has changed forever because of him and I am so extremely grateful for Lost Paws; thank you!

I’ve rescued two dogs through Lost Paws. The process was really easy - a home visit to provide information and check the house, and a couple of forms to complete. The hardest part is waiting for the dogs to arrive but when they do the fun begins!

Lost Paws is a truly magnificent charity, totally dedicated to finding poor helpless dogs their forever home. Really love lost paws I had Daisy over a year ago and she is just as described. They helped me from the start with all information on how to cope when collecting her through to her getting used to her new life. I was so pleased with her I decided to adopt her son Reggie. They are the perfect pair and I can ask questions to lost Paws directly or to the group chats I was added to. Thank you so much Lost Paws. Your more than 5 stars 🌟

They do an amazing job, rescuing and rehoming dogs who have usually had a really bad start in life, and give them hope of a new life and forever home

We adopted our gorgeous boy Bertie through LostPaws in 2021 and it was one the best decisions we've ever made! After hearing good reviews about Lostpaws, we got in touch and described our position and desire to rescue. We COULD NOT have found a BETTER PLACE to start with. Having rescued our Beau from the streets of Cyprus, Lostpaws took him in, nurtured and cared for him and set about finding his Forever Home.

Lost Paws are fantastic! We adopted Buster in May 2025, the adoption process was excellent, we were kept up to date with every step of the process including photos and videos of Buster, and how he was getting on. Everyone at the rescue was amazing and responded quickly to any queries we had. They have also checked in regularly as well so they really do care about every single dog they rescue. We rescued Pablo 5 years ago and what an absolute dream he is! Lost paws were so helpful, informative and so kind. They gave us weekly updates on pablo, videos, pictures…everything! I couldn’t recommend them more and I do everywhere I go! absolutely love lost laws and will now always continue to rescue from them.
The prices are always so fair for everything they do, the transporting is so easy and the pickup.

Lost Paws were amazing from start to finish and beyond. Fom the very first contact they were always quick to reply and clear in the details they needed from myself in order to adopt our beautiful rescue. 6 months into having him they have recently been in contact again to see how he is doing and how is settling in.
