Ordered the king size grand Laguna bed for my son and he loves it ! Its a beautiful bed with great storage underneath ( we chose to add ottoman gas lift storage to it ). They are a lovely company to deal with and would recommend and order from them again. Many thanks

Great product really pleased as it was produced to a high standard for the price paid. Base and Headboard looked the same as picture very luxurious. Only complaint is that the ottoman mechanism is very stiff and its only part assembled. But all in, very pleased with price and product, and was delivered within a couple of weeks, Would recommend. 👌🏻

I purchased a winged bed with ottoman storage and everything was perfect ! My bed was ready before the estimated date and was delivered within the time slot given. For the bed itself It looks absolutely beautiful and sturdy. Very pleased with the experience.

Ordered my bed nearly 1 month ago. The courier then phoned me a few days later wanting to deliver it that afternoon, which I was unable to do. If they had contacted me the day before as they say they will, then I could have made sure I was in and able to take delivery. Since then I have heard very little, and had to phone and complain many times to try and get them to deliver my bed. Finally I got word that they would deliver my bed at the weekend (over 3 weeks after ordering), but then the courier rang and said they couldn't. We then rearranged for Monday evening between 4-7pm. This was the first time they had given me notice of an actual date and time. However... on the day nobody got in touch with me and no bed was delivered. Since then I have tried many times to phone the company and the courier, left several messages and had ZERO response. Absolutely shocking and appalling service, and still no bed. Avoid this company like the plague.

EDIT:
After writing this review, the company phoned me, they believed that the bed had already been delivered. They expedited my delivery and got it to me at lunchtime the following day. It took me writing a review on here before they took notice, but at least I eventually got my bed, and it is all there as expected

I love my bed , very attractive and sturdy. Got a mattress along with it which is amazingly comfortable. Pleased with the product and the experience.

The bed is beautifully made. Delivery was on time and the delivery driver were really helpful as well. Would be buying from them again.

Nobody responses. I have purchased a bed and mattress a week ago and it was not taken into consideration due to a website maintenance, which took more than a week. This is a very terrible website.

Absolutely delighted with our new super king size bed and was delivered within the time it said it would.

Excellent service , got my samples within 2 days and ordered straight away. The product is fairly easy to assemble and is amazing quality. Definitely recommended.

Bed,mattress and headboard are fine.
Received a text telling me my goods will be delivered on sat 26th of October.
And that was it no approximate time no tracking number no nothing.
Called, emailed web chatted and left a message and until today the 30th no reply.
So sit in all day Saturday and at 18.27 get a call saying bed delivery in 30 mins.
Bed turns up 19.15.
Wasted day dissapointed,customer service terrible
