We are very pleased with our new bed. Time from ordering to delivery was just about 2 weeks, which we think was excellent. If we have one criticism it would be that the corners of the top of the divan could be seen when the mattress was put on. We solved this by sticking some of the spare fabric that came with bed - now looks much better

So pleased with this bed for my daughter, its very sturdy and took us 40 mins to assemble. Hardly any effort at all. A great contemporary piece to any bedroom. I would definitely recommend this company.

So, i ordered a bed on 29th November on the 9th december i got a text saying it would be delivered the next day so i called the courier to say i would not be at home, he said no problem i will deliver next Tuesday as i will be in the area. so i call today just to check as i have taken the day off work and the courier shouts down the phone at me saying its Lorizer livings fault as they did not reply to his message. I have tried to call them but as usual no one is picking up the phone. My daughter will not have a bed to sleep on please contact me Lorinzer Living ! Please yet again can someone call me ??? I have the wrong mattress. Don't hesitate to get in touch how do I do that tried calling and live chat??? Please call me ASAP ! So after being promised that the right mattress would be here today surprise surprise no delivery tried live chat no answer tired email no reply tried phone no reply. Did you pay the other people to leave good reviews ? so it's now the 30th of December and still nothing after many email and calls no relies !!

I’ve ordered 2 beds and they were delivered on Saturday morning. One bed was very good and assembled. The second bed (sleigh bed) was made incorrectly and not assembled and was left in the bedroom floor as the couriers said they cannot take it back as they have opened the packaging. I have tried to call Lorinzer Living countless times and no on picks up the phone and I have left an email with the photographs and still no reply! I've tried the web chat and someone replied after several hours saying they will forward my issue to the admin team. What's the point of having a phone number when no one picks up the phone?? Where is the customer service? It’s very disappointing and there is no one to talk to.
my order number is MYF21311..hopefully they will take notice of this feedback and get back to me! It's leading up to Christmas and my daughter does not have a bed now and she's can't use her room as the couriers have left all the parts of the bed in her room!

Over the moon with my new bed ! I'm a 23 year old female and I was able to put this bed together in less than 2 hours !! The material feels alot more than its worth. I ordered the king size in cream. Would be using them again for future purchases.
