Quality product, great range of colours, prompt delivery.

Awful experience all round.

I bought a cat tree at no small fee. They sent the wrong item, and the box and the item itself was damanged. L&L quickly responded to my message via Whatsapp asking me to send pictures, but they have no dropped off the face of the earth.

I went to the website to start a return, and there is a charge on the return, but policy also states that damaged items won't be refunded. I can foresee the L&L trying to shaft me for its mistake.

I wish I'd read the 1* TrustPilot reviews before ordering because all these horror stories about poor delivery, poor product quality, and extremely poor customer service now make complete sense to me.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I ordered an XL crate in champagne with a puppy crate bed in velvet for my new puppy.
A small crate arrived with a medium cushion. Neither suitable and neither what I had ordered.
I have emailed 8 times without a single reply. I have sent 2 WhatsApp messages. No reply. The phone number is 'not available' & the live chat is not working.
This is now my 3rd day of trying to get a response, and so I have given up on hoping to get what I originally ordered and have decided to return for refund. However, the returns portal expects me to pay for the incorrect return that is their mistake. Furthermore, the packages are too big for me to take somewhere & so I need DPD to collect from home and that option is not offered.
So so disappointing because the website gives a thoroughly different perspective to the reality.
And in the meantime, it has made our puppy's first few days at home more stressful than it should be because I have not brought him a crate or bed yet because I was expecting that they would arrange for the correct order to be sent by express & have the incorrect order collected.
Appalling & frustating

Ordered my Cockapoo a new basket. It arrived quickly, lovely quality and very stylish. Its also very practical with the removable covers. Unfortunately my little girl still prefers the sofa!

Worth the premium in my opinion. This is my second time buying from the platform, I believe, but I always look forward to the arrival of my order.

If not for the downside of paying VAT to ship it outside of the UK, I would probably indulge a little more, but I love the brand and the quality of their products, and even if I only find myself shopping around Christmas time, I enjoy finding things for my pups—or just any little extra to make things a little more convenient; the drying robes, gloves, and bed covers are still going strong!

Love the quality of the bed that we bought.
Our boy is the destroyer of beds and we are two weeks in and there isn't a mark on it.

One is being generous! Returns of large parcels get arranged after a lot of emails and WhatsApp messages and if you’re lucky after the week goes by they will respond. I’m on week two of them trying to get DPD to pick up a large parcel second time round DPD were asked to ring both doorbells. That was to tricky so he walked past the parcel left in the doorway and left!

Quick turnaround, great selection of products. Very good quality product. I have a German Shepherd and other similar products didn't have the width or height that I was comfortable with. Instructions were easy and my dog is nice and comfortable

Very happy with the playpen we bought for our puppy. It is nice and sturdy, stands up well and is nice and safe to leave our puppy in. Nicer looking than a "cage" style pen as well. Very pleased.

Speedy delivery but I am not too impressed with the bed the fastener is very flimsy and it doesn’t keep my dog very securely in he regularly climbs out and sits next to it on the back seat. I bought this as the kong car seat I had purchased had become too small but I have to say the Kong is far better quality and my puppy is more secure in it. The seat is vet lovely but more of a carrier than a safe car seat

My order arrived a couple of days before the 25% discount was applied to the site.
As I had spent almost £140.00 I contacted the company to see on this occasion and as a new customer they would honour this.
The reply I received was "No sorry"
I tend to judge buying from companies how they treat customers after purchase, many going above expectations.
Unfortunately this is not the case with Lord & Labradors.The company would certainly have had repeated orders and recommendations to family and friends if they had shown courtesy.
I shall not be ordering from this company again.

Absolutely excellent quality collar. Beautifully made absolutely amazing quality fits our black Labrador Guide Dog perfectly. Delivery was excellent.
