Dissapointing customer service.
Dissapointing customer service.
I bought some castelli XL bib tights and i'm normally a M/L and yet these we're still too small. I would avoid buying castelli garments from abroad for this reason. It's also unclear from the website that the origin is Italy, why have a .co.uk domain name if your product are subject to import duties.
I tried them on once, and promptly sent them back to which I received a notice that there was a substance on them so they could not be accepted. So i had to pay more postage and import duties to get the items back, they didn't offer even a partial refund.
Upon receiving the item back the substance easily flaked off with a fingernail and was <5mm in size.
Dissapointing customer service, I would avoid!

Never have a problem with these guys
Never have a problem when ordering from these guys. Goods always in stock, prices often the best around and delivery is spot on - just remember to order under £130 incl delivery to avoid customs charges in the uk
UK customer , highly recommended
UK customer, Ordered from Lordgun twice now. Was very unsure ordering as first but took a leap and what good decision that has been. Ordered a helmet first time round which saved me a decent amount of money and second time tyres and tubes which again saved a decent amount of money. Would recommend for sure!
Never buying here again
I ordered a groupset, which arrived with the shifter (included in my order summary) missing. Lordgun took almost a month to deny my claim and will not send me a shifter or a refund. Buying here runs the risk of being charged for something and not receiving it!

I ordered 2 fox chest guards as slightly cheaper. Then get hit for Customs charges of £80 plus. Contacted customer support totally useless. Need the items for a cycling holiday had to pay the additional fee which made them more expensive. Nothing indicated within the basket when purchased. Would never purchase from them again!

Ordered from Lordgun a couple of times now. Both times had a great price, product delivered in good condition in good time. Would definitely order from them again.
I am going to give an honest review
I am going to give an honest review. I'm not here to complain about tariffs. We all know how the world is working right now. I am here to discuss about their business practices. I ordered Continental GP5000 s tr tires from them. One of the tires had crooked letters and incomplete decals. It look like dog shit to be honest. Instead of messaging Lordgun I figured I would contact Continental USA first. They told me LordGun is not an authorized dealer for them and I have to deal with LordGun. I message them and go through the process. Iku my customer service rep did a good job helping me through this. But LordGuns management denied my claim. I wasn't making it a big deal. Maybe a small store credit for these busted looking tires. Management denied it. Honestly I do not order much from Lordgun and mainly Gambacicli and Ciclimattio. All pricing are equal across the board to be honest minus or plus a few dollars.
Had to edit this. But wanted to shout out to Iku. This rep has always helped me the best they can.

First time ordering from Lordgun and it will be the last.
The product arrived in a reasonable amount of time which was fine, but I emailed customer service to ask a question and the response was beyond shitty.
There appears to be a theme in these reviews. If you involve customer services, you’ll probably have a bad time.
Too many other online shops to bother buying from these guys again. So many others get it right

I would strongly advise avoiding this company.
I ordered helmets from Italy to be shipped to England. Just as the parcel was about to leave Italy, I was suddenly sent an invoice for significant import fees that were never made clear to me at the point of purchase.
As soon as I received the invoice, I immediately contacted both the company and UPS to explain that I would not be paying these unexpected charges and asked them to recall the shipment before it left. The company refused to intervene and allowed the parcel to continue in transit despite being fully aware that I would not be accepting it.
I made multiple attempts to resolve the situation early and avoid unnecessary shipping costs, but my concerns were ignored. I then formally refused delivery and did not pay the import balance.
After three months, the parcel was finally returned to the sender. However, instead of issuing a full refund, the company deducted the import and return fees from my refund — despite the fact that the goods were never received.
In my view, this reflects very poor customer service and a lack of transparency around additional costs. The import fees were not made sufficiently clear before dispatch, and my efforts to prevent the shipment were disregarded.
Based on this experience, I would completely avoid this company due to hidden fees and how this situation was handled.

As mentioned in my email, I contacted Lordgun when the parcel was not even collected by UPS and told them I do not want it shipped but they refused to assist and recall the parcel, forcing me into the purchase, then stealing the fees. I believe this is part of the scam.

I should have read the reviews before…
I should have read the reviews before buying from them. When we recieved our product there was an issue that we reported immediately that should've been a relatively easy fix. Instead the customer service used the tried and true insurance claim methodology to first deny the issue, second pause the claim process for as long as possible to hope you lose interest, and thirdly, flat out refuse to fix the issue. Very, very poor customer service. If you buy from them, you better hope nothing ever goes wrong with it. There is zero support.

Came across these guys by chance, cheapest on line for item. P&P costs reasonable for delivery from Europe and arrived on time. Arrive well package and without damage.

Fizik spd goretex shoes ordered and very happy with service
Never had any issues ordering from this company
Wouldn't use these if in the UK
Wouldn't use these if in the UK. They state they have no control over shipping. They can, they just choose not to as its cheaper. UPS charged me 42% at the door. I expected duty and tax but not at that rate. Lesson learnt to only buy from stores that offer delivery duty paid. Tried to dispute with UPS and they state seller put on too many lines at £6 per line, seller said they ship worldwide, I was warned out checkout and not their problem.
