Ordered items and have never received them. I’ve contacted them and they keep fobbing me off with excuses. Watch if you’re considering ordering as I don’t want anyone else scammed like I’ve been 😡. I had to put one star above but my rating is zero

Great products.
I’ve bought a bra, a t-shirt and a tanktop. Super soft and thin products that keeps me warm. I use them at work where it sometimes is super cold and when I’m out riding my horse. The bra is for hiking because you get really warm and swetty and wet underwear is not nice

Great quality. Runs small.
Overall, this is a really well made product. It does, however, run a full size small. I typically wear a size L. I ordered an XL for a loose fit. The XL fits the way a L should. For a roomier fit I should have ordered a XXL.

More than perfect
First of all, the delivery was really super fast (even faster than the usual mail deliveries within the country) and we are very happy with the products. Competitor's merino products all feel itchy when wearing, but not merino from LOOW. We are really satisfied with the products we've ordered.
