Have not received product yet.
The product looked good, but searching by name was not working correctly. For example when you write wella, or hair colour, all of those product did not show on the page. Going forward to pay was also difficult and I almost gave up (But couldn't because I really needed the product!!!) So the problem is the website so far, hope all the rest goes smoothly.

I got a 20% discount by subscribing to the newsletter. When I looked at one of my purchaser in more detail in the email, the link went back to the Look fantastics page and now where was an announcement that you would get a 25% discount if you subsciped to the newsletter. The feeling has now been betrayed.

They didn't withdraw money from me. There is still no information about the order, a lot of time has already passed and you have agreed to do it. When will my package be shipped? At the time of registration, delivery was indicated in 3-5 working days. If this is not the case, then why was it indicated
Continued from 24.09. The parcel has not been sent to me, the money has not been withdrawn. The situation has not been resolved. It's been two weeks and I don't understand what the difficulty is. I want to get a detailed answer why they lied to me and said that my parcel would be sent on 23!!!

Need to have the option for ordering from the international site
I hate that they only deliver to Finland from the "Finnish site" which doesn't have the same products as the international delivery site (which does deliver to Estonia right next to us...). Makes absolutely zero sense.
