Bad experience

Bought a foundation from Douglas Romania. I recieved the wrong shade. I opened it because I never thought this could happen and because it was too light, something didn't seem right . So I've looked at the back of them jar and it was another shade. Now I know they dont take back opened products but some apologies and a different attitude because IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE, it woult have been nice.
So You better very careful with this store.

ALWAYS THE BEST EXPERIENCE AND ALSO THE PRODUCTS ARE TOP QUALITY ,ADDING THE FAST DELIVERY THAT MAKES ORDERING EVEN MORE PLEASANT. THERE HAVEN'T BEEN ANY ISSUES SO FAR AND I AM REALLY HAPPY ABOUT IT.
ANOTHER IMPORTANT SUBJECT IT'S THE FIDELITY POINTS SYSTEM, AND THE FACT THAT WITH EACH PURCHASE YOU CAN GET FREE SAMPLES. THEY CAN IMPROVE BY ADDING EXTRA ONES BASED ON THE SUM OF MONEY YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR PURCHASED PRODUCTS BUT OVERALL IT'S A REALLY GOOD EXPERIENCE.

BAD EXPERIENCE WITH DOUGLAS

I had two extremely unpleasant experiences at Douglas stores in Plaza România and AFI Cotroceni. I do not recommend them.
At Plaza România, the store was empty, but the employee had no interest in helping clients. She refused to provide detailed information about perfumes and tried to rush me out. She suggested I go to AFI, claiming they have more perfumes and can give me better information. Cold tone. Zero interest. This is how Douglas treats a customer who wants to buy.
At AFI, the situation was even worse. I asked for help with two perfumes, Tom Ford and Ferragamo. The first employee I approached was arrogant and sarcastic. She refused to assist me directly and “ordered” another colleague to give me information about the Ferragamo perfumes. The colleague was polite and helpful.
The problem arose when I was sent back to the first employee for prices, discounts, and benefits. It turned into a ridiculous game of “telephone.” I asked questions, and the sarcastic employee didn’t even look at me. She communicated only to the other colleague, who then told me the answers, even though we were all three standing right next to each other. Arrogant, diva-like behavior. Completely disrespectful and embarrassing.
She spoke ironically about the 25% discount and answered rudely when I asked about the voucher for purchases over 1,500 RON. She told me to buy online if I didn’t like it.
I returned after withdrawing cash from an ATM and explicitly asked to be helped by another employee. Only then did I receive proper service. I spent over 1,500 RON and did not receive even a sample. Zero attention. Zero respect.
My wife had an equally unpleasant experience on a separate visit. This shows a clear pattern, not an isolated incident.
I will no longer enter any Douglas store. I travel frequently abroad for work and will purchase perfumes from duty-free shops, where I am treated respectfully and receive proper service.
Douglas charges premium prices but delivers poor service. Unprepared staff. Unacceptable attitude. If you expect respect, avoid these stores.

Am avut două experiențe extrem de neplăcute în magazinele Douglas din Plaza România și AFI Cotroceni. Nu recomand.
În Plaza România, magazinul era gol, dar angajata nu avea chef de clienți. A refuzat să îmi ofere informații detaliate despre parfumuri și a încercat să mă expedieze imediat. Mi-a sugerat să merg în AFI, spunând că acolo sunt mai multe parfumuri și pot primi mai multe informații. Ton rece. Lipsă totală de interes. Așa tratează Douglas un client care vrea să cumpere.
În AFI, situația a fost și mai gravă. Am cerut ajutor pentru două parfumuri, Tom Ford și Ferragamo. Angajata pe care am abordat-o prima dată a fost arogantă și sarcastică. A refuzat să mă ajute direct și a „ordonat” unei colege să îmi prezinte parfumurile Ferragamo. Colega a fost politicosă și mi-a oferit informații corecte.
Problema a apărut când am fost direcționat înapoi la prima angajată pentru prețuri, reduceri și beneficii. S-a transformat într-un adevărat „telefon fără fir”. Eu puneam întrebări, iar angajata sarcastică nici măcar nu se uita la mine. Comunica doar cu cealaltă colegă, care îmi transmitea mie răspunsurile, deși eram toți trei unul lângă altul. Atitudine arogantă, de divă. Complet lipsită de respect și jenantă.
A vorbit ironic despre reducerea de 25% și a răspuns răstit când am întrebat de voucherul pentru cumpărături peste 1.500 RON. Mi-a spus să cumpăr online dacă nu îmi convine.
Am revenit după ce am scos bani de la bancomat și am cerut explicit să fiu ajutat de alt angajat. Doar atunci am primit o atitudine decentă. Am cheltuit peste 1.500 RON și nu am primit nici măcar un eșantion. Zero atenție. Zero respect.
Soția mea a avut o experiență la fel de neplăcută într-o vizită separată. Asta arată un tipar clar, nu un incident izolat.
Nu voi mai intra în niciun magazin Douglas. Călătoresc frecvent în afara țării în interes de serviciu și voi cumpăra parfumuri din duty-free, unde primesc respect și servicii corecte.
Douglas practică prețuri premium, dar oferă servicii slabe. Personal nepregătit. Atitudine inacceptabilă. Dacă vrei respect, evită aceste magazine.
