Great service and very friendly staff. Winchester Travel clinic had an appointment for me just before my trip to New Zealand. I was worried about not getting my vaccines in time but the process was quick and easy to book. The staff were especially friendly and gave great advice on which vaccines to have

" You can book vaccines online here, or, for more information, contact 020 8261 7548."

I then called the number and received 'you dialed an incorrect number'. Nope - their website references an incorrect number. Useless.

Went to the London Bridge branch several times over a few weeks to get vaccines for travel to south east Asia. Andrea was very friendly and knowledgable, answered all the questions I had and designed a good program of vaccines that fit around my work schedule. Will definitely use them again for any top ups

LTC Southampton Nurse Diana and receptionist Clare were both very helpful, friendly and efficient. All the vaccines I needed were in stock and administered within a week over three sessions starting straight away in the first consultation.

Easy to book with lots of appointments available. Everyone was friendly and the service was really efficient. After months of waiting and cancellations with the NHS, it took a 5 minute appointment to be fit to travel! Highly recommend London Travel Clinic for peace of mind when it comes to travel vaccinations.

Great quick service, called the number to check with regards to vaccine availability at the local branch in Hitchin.
Alistair was really helpful and ensured I only needed the vaccines required (previously jabbed for others usually required for travel to India)
Also explained that their online booking system was having some problems so good to call and check.

We have ordered the covid test and arrived 5 days late even we have ordered in advance.
There is no way you can contact with the customer services .
Keep emailing them and they are keep sending the same email.
We have sent the test and we meant to receive the result within 24 hrs and passed 3-4 days and still no result
Poor customer services .

Ordered PCR TEST a week before leaving. Didn't arrive until a week later after arriving home from my destination. Then on top of that sent it off never got the result. On top of that sent an urgent email for an update 10 days later saying.

Sincere apologies for the inconvenience and delayed response. Kindly let us know if you still have this issue unresolved.

No resolution still no update. Don't waste your time. I'll have to wait another 10 days for a response.

I ordered a test a week ago for day 2 and I have had confirmation but no test. I am calling numbers and sending emails with no response at all. very frustrated as i should have completed a test yesterday. clearly a money making scheme

I’ve ordered my day 2 test with 1 week in advance, despite this my day 2 test arrived on the day 3. Badly packed and without proper instructions. I activated, did the test and posted on the same day. Today is day 5 and I haven’t received my results. There isn’t a way to get the results on their web page and if you email support you will only get confirmations your email was received but no one ever write back.
Proper scam.

They have just cancelled my appointment for tomorrow morning.
I fly out on Wednesday...
Thoroughly pissed off.
Gonna request a refund.... Wish me luck!
