Unpleasant experience
The Nurse I had (Lucy Knight) I found quite rude and dismissive. She asked me questions in an accusatory and judgemental way which made me second guess myself and just generally feel rubbish. She administered the vaccines quite abruptly and without much warning- which is fine for me because I don’t mind vaccines and have had quite a few- but for someone who isn’t very comfortable with them this would have been very off putting. Nevertheless, the receptionist was very lovely and helpful, and overall it was an efficient service.

Visited Worthing travel clinic today for third rabies vaccination for the two of us. Have used the branch over several years. Always helpful and informative. Never feel rushed. The receptionist in particular is very welcoming and puts you at your ease.

We were really impressed by the friendly staff who provided detailed advice on vaccinations, including which ones we could ask the GP for at no cost. Also provided malaria advice and tablets. Very easy to book appointments and lots of on street parking available. Once all vaccines had been given we received a detailed list to take abroad. Amazing service. Would highly recommend.

Very good service
A great service, the staff have been professional and polite. The information given was knowledgeable and useful as to what vaccinations my son could ask for from his GP so we could just pay for those that were not provided with the NHS. Written information about which vaccines were necessary for the country would have been really useful because it is difficult to remember. So I would get a printable tick list ready for every country so patients can track their appointments. After the course of treatment the clinic gave us a file with every vaccination my child has had since birth with them, with the school and at the GP surgery. This was amazing. Thank you.

I had a furneal booked of my mum to go to go to and needed a yellow fever injection.The customer service by both the receptionist and the nurse was excellent as I needed to have it as travelling very soon.The receptionist done her best to find a booking as soon as possible
