No more deal with that shop everything coming broken when l ordered l text that shop nobody replied

I ordered 12x protein shakes in bottles.
I opened the box to be greeted with maggots feasting on the rotten milk inside my parcel, due to the bottles being broken for what had to be lengthy period of time for maggots and decay to occur.
I contacted their support team, with pictures of everything, and I received no acknowledgement back.
Won’t be ordering from this company again

Order qnt protein shakes, order arrived but some of the bottles were smashed, I’ve tried emailing London supplements & had no reply at all, I’ve tried calling many times but never answered the phone. Very poor customer service imo!!!!

Ordered a TNP weights bench that I'd spotted elsewhere and these were advertising exactly the same. When it arrived it wasn't what was in the picture,more a model prior to the one wanted ! Already damaged from first use.
Such a let down....

Product is good but delivery time is really poor

They didn’t ship the parcel on the date they provided the shipment code - instead they took their sweet time and opted for shipping my items on FRIDAY AFTERNOON when I had placed my order on WEDNESDAY. I was staying in an apartment for a short period - visiting London - and because of this belated shipment I missed the parcel and the company refuses to acknowledge my complaints about this or even answer my emails! I have no idea where my parcel is right now and I paid for it fully - but haven’t received it myself! I’m not even in the same country as the supplements I have paid for!
