Great introduction to self defence
My family of 4 had a great self defence lesson with Ondrej today. We talked about how to avoid confrontation and then practiced what to do to if something bad ever happens. The lesson was helpful, fun and practical and we — 2 adults and 2 teens -- learned a lot. I highly recommend this introduction to self defence!

Ondrej has provided the most fantastic service for my school. He has given the whole of Year 11 a basic course in self-defence, and they loved every minute of it!
He is very professional; a superb teacher with a gift of being able to talk to teenagers, and get them to enjoy his classes. I would definitely recommend London Self Defence Academy.

Great session! Everyone in the company loved it!
LondonSelfDefenceAcademy did a great job! We hired them for a two-hour event as part of a staff day, and everyone was well impressed. Ondrej was very professional arranging everything, on time and very courteous, and the price he offered was very competitive!
His team did a great job demonstrating self-defence techniques, and they even had a dedicated section for ladies, which was very well received, teaching them how to keep themselves safe on the streets of London.
Needless to say, we have already made another booking for next month!
