We bought a cross trainer through this company over 6 weeks ago via Amazon. No product turned up and despite chasing multiple times we have received no refund. Total scam. They have their own website and are still advertising the product as being in stock.

Avoid! SCAM
Avoid!! This website is a scam! I placed my order on 30/11/25 thinking I’m buying from the actual store based in London. Money from the account got deducted but I have never received any confirmation, it wasn’t possible to contact support & chat bot doesn’t work either. On 19/12/25 I received confirmation with FedEx tracking number that my order comes from Nazareth not London. I have never received the order - tracking information shows it was delivered on 20/12/25 but not to me but someone else. I am unable to get delivery address as tracking number is not associated with my delivery address nor my email account. I have emailed them back few times and still haven’t received any response. AVOID! Avoid! AVOID!

I think this site might be a scam
Ordered a Multigym and it started well with a poorly worded email saying they got order and should expect the equipment by next week. Next week came they said the order is shipped and to expect a tracking a number. That was the last I heard from them despite various emails from myself. No tracking number no equipment. I'm now having to go through my credit card company to retrieve the money. This is not a subsidiary of fitness store.
