What an amazing service from LEP
What an amazing service from LEP from the moment I called, I was told someone would be with us within two hours, Idris called to confirm his arrival time and arrived within the time frame. Idris was so very helpful and polite. The job was awful but Idris insisted that he would not leave until he had sorted the drains. He went above and beyond he job to fix everything which ended up taking five hours. Would really highly recommend LEP thank you so much Idris.

Idris, from London Emergency Plumbing Ltd, came to our rescue tonight and we are very thankful for his expert help. We had had no access to the entire bathroom for 24 hours due to a blockage in the piping. We had reported it to the Housing Association 4 times already that day without any response. One of the group is disabled and so there was an urgency to fix the problem. I contacted LEP Ltd and they were in our doorstep within the hour. Idris came fully prepared with all the current kit and tools and a professional and calm manner. He explained exactly what he was going to do and worked with the office on clear pricing so that you saw it straight away and could understand the clear itemised bill. Idris solved the problem in less than an hour and left the bathroom looking better than it had for the last 24 hours. We're all very grateful for Idris and the LEP Ltd Team's swift response and a happy ending. Thanks Idris

Idris was great
Idris was great, diagnosed and fixed our drainage issue very quickly and efficiently. Straightforward payment with no hidden charges.
Idris was really great, no complaints whatsoever. However, when originally calling the company in the evening the guy on the phone was a little rude and accused me of not "being serious" as I was unsure of how things work and was looking around for quotes.
Idris did such a great job and overall the experience with this company was great so this complaint isn't severe enough to bring down the stars, still overall 5 stars from me!

Avoid This Company at All Costs – Unethical and Unreliable
Our experience with LEP has been nothing short of shocking. We hired them to resolve a blocked drain, paying in full for their services but no work was actually carried out. The engineer made no genuine effort to address the issue, took the payment, and left without performing any repairs. This wasn’t just an unsuccessful attempt—it was a complete failure of professionalism and effort.
When we followed up to request a refund for services not provided, LEP’s response was highly unethical. They directed us to speak with three different managers, each of whom denied responsibility, offering no accountability for their failure.
Thankfully, another reputable company stepped in and resolved the issue in just one day—highlighting that LEP either misdiagnosed the problem or never intended to fix it in the first place.
We have documented everything, including emails, invoices, and the correct diagnostic report from the company that successfully resolved the issue. If you’re considering hiring LEP, I strongly advise you to reconsider. You risk wasting both your time and money on a job that not only remains incomplete but was never even attempted.

Today I had a blockage in my restaurant…
Today I had a blockage in my restaurant and these guys saved the day. It was in the middle of Marble Arch and I was worried that they would make excuses about cc like other companies. They came out within 10 minutes and wasted no time In sorting the blockage. I had another company unblock my drain outside and they were messy and didn’t have any signs or barriers. This company was different, they closed all around the manhole and ensured safety for my customer and people walking on the road. Good prices and amazing attention to detail.
