Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!

Great service, great cake
Ordered a mermaid cake for my daughter’s birthday and it was delicious and moist. I also ordered two boxes of their mini cup cakes which are the perfect size for kids and they were devoured. Really great I was able to order online and collect from a Lola’s close to me two days later which was super efficient!

Red velvet birthday cake
Ordered red velvet birthday cake for my wife. Delivery was on time and well packed however, the outer creamy layer was too sweet or something completely off balance. Couldn't eat even one slice. Had to go straight to the bin. First time experiencing this from Lola's.

I had a really great experience with Deniza!
I had a really great experience with Lola’s Cupcakes! The cakes are delicious and the customer service was excellent. I spoke with Deniza, who was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to assist me with the delivery. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole process so easy. Beautiful cake …
I chose the macaroon cake with lemon and raspberry. So moist loved by all . The delivery service was smooth without any hiccups . Would definitely buy again . If there was one criticism it’s a shame the design around the cake is only on one side of the cake so when taking photos can only be taken from one angle .

We ordered 2 nationwide birthday cakes
We ordered 2 birthday cakes - one gluten free and one red velvet for national delivery. The first arrived on time and in good condition but the second was a day late and arrived in a mess - all the decoration was stuck to the packaging and it had obviously been upside down and taken a few knocks. It was for a child’s birthday so was really disappointing but I would say this would be due to delivery carelessness rather than Lola’s although the cake definitely wasn’t as fresh or delicious as the in store versions we’d had before. Shame as we were really looking forward to them but we had a disappointed child on our hands instead.
