I've had it for about almost 2 months. For the price, as a tracker, I've had no issues and think it's great. For the tracker with audio, I think it's garbage. The 1st few calls were very clear and quite impressive. After my first few calls, it's been a dull muffled sound and can hardly make out what they are saying. I've positioned it in the same location every time, so should be getting the same clear sound. The cost for minutes isn't bad. I'd buy it again for just a tracker, but not for audio. If you are interested in this feature, save your money.
Faulty Logistimatics web site
For the past 15 days I have been unable to log in. All I get is a blank white screen with the letters GPX flashing in and out on the address bar, I have sent 3 emails with NO RESPONSE. I have tried calling them and no one ever answers only tells you to log in. I have tried live chat and I am told to send them emails. There is NO RSPONSE from them and their site is broken

This thing works off and on it is not consistent. The tracking sometimes doesn’t track accurately sometimes it doesn’t even pick up a good signal. I will be canceling my subscription. I wish I can get a refund for the device itself.

DON'T. They autorenew subscriptions unless specified to cancel. There's no customer service phone number. They don't send password reset emails. They require you to submit a ticket with all the serial numbers and account information when attempting to reset a password-How does that work? If I had that, I wouldn't be submitting a reset ticket. Leaving you stranded. The price for the service is a joke. Navigation was spotty and DEFINITELY not accurate-VERY laggy. Worst experience with tracking company/customer service in a long time. Not worth it. DEFINITELY not worth it. Thieves imo.

I wish I would have read these reviews before I ended up just like almost everybody else here who has written a review. This device is a complete JOKE. Total waste of money. Ok so first the device cost $50 and then the service is another $25 and then if you want the audio it's $6.00 for one hour. I spent all of that and guess what I got? I plastic box they call a tracker that does literally nothing at all. Just like everybody else, I too contacted "customer service" If that's even what you call them IF they really even exist. Who the hell knows bc you NEVER get a damn response back. They sure are happy as can be to take your money but then it's crickets once they get you to give them your money. I'm not even kidding, the stupid POS NEVER WORKED AT ALL. Zero zilch zip nothing nada. I'm ticked off about this. I should have stuck with Tracki and that's what I'm just going to go back to. Screw this joke of a company. Waste of time and money with these clowns. If you want something that truly works, get a Tracki device instead. Seriously. They're half the price for the device and they charge way less to activate and have service AND the best part, they actually have live chat customer service almost 24/7. You can even message them if it's after hours and first thing in the morning, they get right back to you. I am kicking myself in the butt for being so dumb and dealing with this bs. Screw the live audio, that's the only reason I tried this joke of a place and look what happened?

Had a tracker that would not pick up a signal. Forget about getting a hold of anyone to solve the problem . Customer service just sends you stuff to read that does not solve your problem. Horrible customer service

Tailspin
Purchased several devices for asset tracking. Multinational corporation in the hospital product sector with significant presence on every continent. First started using Logistimatics services in 2019 and was pleased with the hardware, software, and customer support. Since the beginning of 2022, customer service is non-existent, the app for iOS is buggy, and the web portal crashes repeatedly. We have been stranded for weeks waiting for a response from the client care team, as we're not able to generate a report from any of our devices. While waiting to be contacted, the 90-day window for data retention expired, and our data was lost.
We've been given the runaround on billing, generating invoices, getting help with the online portal, and the logistics of receiving product. They've removed a customer care telephone number from their website, and left us with bots instead. The company is in an absolute nosedive; we will be returning our units, and will not recommend to our other sites of operation or our partners.

For what every reason you want to buy this device. Definitely buy it, it’s very accurate. Only con (Battery Life) when you charge it make sure you charge it for a few hours. Otherwise battery does tend to die fast. You’ll get a good week before it needs to be re charged.

I purchased a hard wire tracker from them. It has had issues from day one tracking movement. So I open ticket so it could be fix. So 35 open tickets latter still not working! There is no one you can talk to. So after months of trying to get this resolved I ask for new tracker to replace defective one. I was ignored!
Then ask for refund they then lied to me ! First they said the subscription had one day left could help me ? I’m like I have set up automatic payments monthly do that’s impossible! Then they said it’s past 90 days ! Or corse it is you been trying to fix this pos since I installed it ! This company will not stand by there products. It it fails they want you to buy more ! I was not even offered a discount for new tracker. No help was offered just emails saying they are looking into it ! Don’t buy don’t buy !!!!

I like the tracker, however I don't get any notifications when it begins to move and about 20 seconds after it starts to move is when I start to see the movement
