They returned my package before…

They returned my package before deadline, admit it, but can't do anything even tho the package was still in the city and 3 days later it left the country.
When your package is with PostNord, you're either lucky and everything goes normal or you can forget about it.
I love how they change things into worst every time, now packages that fit in my mailbox, are delivered to a service point 8 km away (they have service points closer but where would be the fun in that) after always trying the pakkebox and 99% of the time there's no room.
I would pay to have the service we used to have, but now i just have to stop buying online, or just reduce it by 95% as its too damn frustrating.
Imagine receiving 6 different packages within a week, and they deliver it to 6 different places all over 5km from you, fun times.

Attempted delivery at WRONG ADDRESSES

I usually have very good experience with Postnord, but in the past two weeks, they tried delivering the package at the wrong address twice. The delivery photo is of doors that are not ours. Honestly, how does this happen?! The doors are CLEARLY labeled with numbers, so I'm sure the driver has just been feeling lazy. What a joke. Luckily most other times the drivers are great, in that case I'm always happy to give them 5 stars in the app. Unlucky last two times though.

Worse service

I have payed 250 kr for my package and sent it on june 4. Its been a month and package is in wrong country. The support service says i have to sort out problem myself. You are a bunch of *diots with a low responsibility. If you can’t do your job or cant afford to take employees with brains in your company then just close and dont ruin peoples life

ridiculous

I would give minus stars if I could, this is the most ridiculous company ever, multiple packages being returned literally after I have been called and said I can pick them up on the following day. Customer service are totally useless as they just repeat that they don't have the package. It is all a big waste of time trying to contact them and they take 0 responsibility for their mistakes.

If there is negative star I would give that.
I called postnord and agreed on a delivery time between 9-12 for a redelivery, and it has been passing 12, no updates, no information, and the agent I chat on postnord app ask me to wait at home more.

Track&Trace gives confusing information
Customer service does not exist
From two identical parcels with each their own T&T nr, send by the same sender inside the EU to one and the same receiver in Denmark, so also EU, PostNord manages to send one of the parcels for customs clearance and one directly to the receiver.
PostNord can't be reached as they do not have Customer Service. What a shame.

They never deliver to the address

They never deliver to the address. I see the postman in his van writing paper that my postage must be picked up next day in the pick up location... is it that hard to knock on my door? he could even see me.. but he smiled and drove away... what is that?!

If you can use any other service... use it. Especially, if your delivery is urgent. Dont risk.

Parcel CR671959018DE has been sent from Germany on December 12th and I still didn't receive it. So it took 1 day to come from Germany to DK, it's been in DK since December 13th and PostNord are not able to deliver it! Complete non-sense! Hello PostNord people, my parcel has been in DK for 5 days and you are not able to deliver it! It's Christmas next week and people are waiting for their presents, so move on and deliver the parcels!

My package was twice rejected at the…

My package was twice rejected at the customs on the way out of DK and returned back to me. Nobody can explain me why it was rejected (someone was in a bad mood?), the chat is absolutely useless, and it is the only way to get in contact with them. No money refund, no explanations, no service. Tak for lort. Wish you to have the same experience.

Postnord delivery is not certain

Postnord delivery is not certain. They just keep returning packages to the sender saying the "address was incorrect". Officially they say if they can not find you they leave the package at the nearest Postnord so that you can go and get it:
"If you are not at home to receive your shipment and the shipment will not fit your letter box, we will deliver it to a post office. You will receive a note, email or text message with information about when and where the shipment is ready for pick up. "
You can check their site for that.
However that was not what happened to me for 2 package deliveries. I lost time and money. I was happy to find stuff wth discounted "Black Friday" stuff.
I think this is not a good way. Probably they trust that they are a monopoly or sth in the delivery business. the company "Bring" is a better choice I believe.

AVOID THIS CARRIER PLEASE!!!! They lost my expensive order and all their lines are busy for weeks!!! Their chat box and customer service is USELESS!!!! I HOPE YOU GET BANCRUPT SOON!!!!!!! One of their agents told me via email that they are not able to do anything… where are your logistics guys???? Never believed that this would happen in Denmark!!! I see you have very bad reviews too!!! Reconsider your services!!! This is my shipment id 01475185989367 where is it????? I will have to call to the police soon

Shipping Problems and Lack of Refund

I sent a parcel a month ago, and it was incorrectly sorted. After contacting customer support, they promised to redirect it to the correct address. However, I received the parcel back at my home a day ago, and they refused to refund the shipping costs. I strongly advise avoiding this company.
