Great comfort
The first mattress that was comfortable from the start. This mattress also doesn’t make me over heat. The mattress was very quick to arrive. Customer service was great.

Easy as could be
Easy as could be. Ordered on a Sunday and it was delivered on Wednesday. Easy to set up. Took a couple days to get use to a comfortable mattress, but it’s been 3-4 weeks now, and I’m sleeping better than I have in a long time.

These guys stand behind their warranty
We purchased a Logan and Cove mattress about 3 months ago. After about 2 months of trying to adapt to it, my wife could not continue to sleep on it due to a medical issue that was aggravated by a firm mattress.
I contacted Logan and Cove about a return, and they quickly arranged for the mattress to be donated to Habitat for Humanity.
When the mattress was picked up, Logan and Cove then refunded the purchase price to us.
I was nervous about the original purchase as it was sight untested. The mattress arrived properly packaged and was a solid sleep for me.
I’m pretty confident you will have no issues with this company even if it turns out the mattress is not quite right for you.
The entire process was quite pain free.

We purchased 2 mattresses and 2 adjustable bases after chatting with Erin a couple of times. Great service, great products and strong packaging. Also bought 2 sets of bamboo sheets which are fan-tas-tic for comfort with a freah feeling. Very satisfied all the way!

Perfect mattress and great customer service!
We bought a Douglas mattress 6 months ago, but it was too firm for our joints, so we decided to return it and we got the Logan & Cove Pinacle. The return was easy and within a week, we got our refund and the Pinacle came in! It’s by far the best mattress we ever had!

The order was Quick
The order took only a few days. The delivery people brought it through thedront door making it easier for us to bring it to its destination. It was quick and easy to set up. It does take 2 people. The company answered my questions involving the second delivery - the pillows did not expand as the first ones. I did everything they told me but still a month later these pillows are not like the first.
Still getting used to the mattress. Finding it a little firmer than expected but my back isn't hurting as much as before. The mattress itself is well made but heavier than I thought making it impossible for me to make the bed myself.

As for the mattress's firmness and weight, your body should adjust more and more to the firmness within the first 30 days. The foam and coils will also begin to break in fully, which should help create optimal comfort. We appreciate your feedback on the mattress's weight. They can be heavy because of the high coil count and dense foams, but we'll be sure to pass on your comments for review.

One month in and all good so far.
One month in, mattress is all that I hoped for. I was looking for a nice firm support, I’m a big guy, around 118kg and a stomach - sometimes side sleeper. The sides stand up well with very little sag when sitting on side.
It is a little warm, not too bad but if a concern go for an upgrade.

What started out as a great purchase…
What started out as a great purchase experience with Logan and Cove in March 2024 of this year has now turned into one of my biggest disappointments. We purchased the Frontier in March 2024. Immediately loved our new mattress. 6 months later the stitching in the mattress started to come apart. The warranty department responded great and offered a full replacement. I was completely happy and satisfied to their response. We received our replacement mattress in short time and after opening it up noticed some significant differences to our previous mattress. The replacement mattress with the same model name did not have the same amount of plushness and was 2 inches shorter in depth. The mattress is more basic feeling and hard to sleep on. I have learned since our original purchase that the manufacturer has changed hence the difference in our replacement mattress. I also learned they have a new model called the pinnacle that by description sounds like the original mattress that we previously had and liked. I have asked that they send us the pinnacle to remedy this situation and have been told that I must order it again and pay the higher price. I can then send my recent replacement bed back for a refund. I should not have to pay more money and go without a bed for up to a week in order to receive a bed of the same plushness and quality as originally ordered. It is not my fault the stitching came apart on the first bed. We loved the bed until we saw it was all coming apart. Nor is it my fault that the manufacturing company has changed in the 6 months that I first ordered. And yes I have first used the proper channels including phone and email with customer service and the warranty department to try and rectify the situation. I will never again buy a bed this way. Very disappointed!!!!

Unfortunately, there appears to be some confusion between the Logan & Cove Frontier and the Pinnacle mattress. Frontier has always been a 5-layer mattress, including one layer of micro-coils between the layers. Though we have changed manufacturers, both the former and current versions share the same layer configuration. The Logan & Cove Pinnacle, our newest model launched in September 2024, is a 6-layer mattress with two layers of micro-coils and a much taller Euro-top cover, which is why it appears the most plush out of the three models.
When customers experience product issues, we provide a replacement mattress equivalent to their initial purchase. Though we have already provided this for you, we understand that it did not meet the standards we aim to deliver. We've been in touch with our customer care team regarding your situation, and they will review the photos you've sent over with our warranty and manufacturing team and look further into the depth and plushness of the Frontier you received. We have also re-escalated this issue so that a senior team member can contact you directly.

Delivery updates made for ease in managing delivery. I am pleased with my new bed. It is a hybrid bed designed for side sleepers and I find it very comfortable, although took a few weeks to transition from my old softer bed. I purchased the adjustable base for reading and any health issues that may be eased by adjusting the head and foot heights.
My young grandkids also have to agree to share the remote when we adjust the bed for bedtime stories....they love the remote!
