Really pleased with my order and communication

Very quick delivery and very healthy plants

Parcels always arrive so quickly and so nicely packed. The staff are incredibly helpful with any questions, including plant care questions. The plants I have bought from loftleaf have always been great quality and fantastic prices. There's no other online store I trust more than LoftLeaf!

Excellent quality plants, even those branded as “imperfect” are looking really good. They were really securely packaged, I ordered some fragile plants which arrived in one piece. Plus the service was excellent, they contacted me to let me know that my order may be delayed by a day or so, just so that my plants didn’t have to sit in a cold warehouse over the weekend. It’s clear that they are really passionate about what they do, and care for the plants and customers. I will be shopping here again!

Unfortunately both of hanging plants I purchased died within a month, so disappointing.
In response to your reply on 7 December I was not asking for help as you pointed out I purchased from the almost unkillable range. I brought 1 hanging and 1 trailing plant if you want to be pedantic about my order. You need to learn to accept my experience with 2 of my plants purchased from LL, the other plants are all doing well.

They must be sick of me here,I think I order once a month on average and it’s always great,any issues which are Rare are sorted in the same day,plants are healthy,generous and pest free,packaging is always secure,no damaged plants and it’s recycled materials with dissolvable packing peanuts so what more could I want!

When the plants I ordered arrived they were very carefully packed and they have thrived in the time since I've had them. I'll be buying again!

I’m absolutely obsessed with this shop, not only have I placed multiple orders, multiple times for multiple plants but I can’t stop myself!!! They’re all just so precious.. All of the plants come perfectly packaged and super quick, they’re fabulously priced and I love the range of imperfectly perfect plants, they’re really only slightly imperfect and I never notice at all.. I absolutely adore the support given to MIND charity by the shop. My plants always arrive in perfect condition, just like in the pictures, packaging really protects the plants , and you get a hand written thank you note from the guys who pack up your plant ! Lovely touch 😁👍🥰
