Karen S. was our onboarding contact at Lodgify. She did an excellent job for us from the very beginning. She made sure we understood all the details and made suggestions to look at certain things while we had her on the phone; things we didn't know to ask her to show us! Auto messages MASSIVE LET DOWN

I am having an ongoing auto messaging issue that they just cant seem to resolve, I am so bored of it for 3 months it is still not resolved.

1. BOOKING CONFIRMATION NOT SENT.
2. MESSAGES BEING SENT ON THE WRONG DAY
2. MESSAGES SENT AT 1.00 AM

This is all real and genuine I have the screen shots, do yourself a favor go to guesty.
Sean Rakidzich was right! he needs to see this incompetence and warn his huge subscriber base.

Excellent onboarding support

I recently started using Lodgify and had many questions during the setup process. Luis from the support team was outstanding — extremely helpful, polite, knowledgeable and patient. He guided me through every step clearly and never made me feel like my questions were too basic. Highly recommend Lodgify's customer service based on this experience.

This app allows my wife and I to manage…

This app allows my wife and I to manage our AirBnB ourselves with far less effort. Integration with booking apps, managing calendar and communication, and financial management allows us to rent with far less stress and prevents us from needing a property manager.

Absolute Game Changer

Absolute Game Changer – Incredible Platform & Outstanding Onboarding!
We couldn’t be happier with our decision to switch to Lodgify! As property owners, finding a channel manager that is both powerful and user-friendly can be a challenge, but Lodgify hits it out of the park. The platform itself is incredibly amazing and smooth to navigate. In particular, the website builder is hands-down the easiest, most intuitive tool we’ve ever used—we had a professional, sleek direct-booking site up and running in no time.

What really took our experience to the next level, though, was our onboarding specialist, Brian. Transitioning to a new system can be daunting, but Brian made the entire process seamless. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and detail-oriented, ensuring everything was configured perfectly from day one.

What a fantastic channel manager

What a fantastic channel manager. I had a brilliant onboarding session with Brian. In just half an hour, he answered all my questions and provided clear guidance. We used RoomRaccoon ourselves for years. It was a terrible system, with poor customer service, and all for ten times the price of Lodgify. I look forward to many years of working together.
