Excellent Onboarding & Strong All-in-One System for Villa Management
Review: We recently moved our luxury villa portfolio in Bali to lodgify.com together with PriceLabs integration, and overall the experience has been excellent.
Before choosing Lodgify, we tested several other systems including hostaway.com, guesty.com, and smoobu.com. All of them are strong platforms and we honestly have nothing bad to say about them. In the end, Lodgify simply matched our needs better, especially because of the owner reporting system and the overall balance between functionality, simplicity, and cost.
Customer support has also been responsive and helpful throughout the process.
Overall, Lodgify delivers a very strong all-in-one solution for villa owners and property managers who want professional tools, strong onboarding, and solid reporting without overly complicated systems or huge onboarding costs.

I like that when Lodgify releases new products they give me a call. Sometimes we get so caught up in the new age of texting and emails. It’s nice to occasionally have a phone conversation with someone when I need help. I receive it very quickly. I like the email system that Lodgify has and I find a really great experience so far

We were promised a good system with many features, but the features that were promised during the sales conversation turned out not to be possible. As a result, we lost €1,200.

They eliminated ALL customer service and are lying about it.
I have been a customer with 9 rentals for 7 years. A few weeks ago Lodgify went ALL A.I. They still bill me on a Pro Plan which includes 24/7 live support. But they eliminated it.
They cut off all phone lines worldwide.
Yesterday their site was mis-booking. That's a huge problem!
They sent me a message when I asked for help saying "We are at a company event".
They prefer to party than to do their jobs.
Update: They say in their response to reach of to support. But they don't have support anymore. This, too, is a Bot response--A.I. generated.
It's day 4. Their Bots say they are STILL at a Company Party. No Support available yet.
UPDATE--3 WEEKS LATER:
They still only hae "Bots" responding--and now it takes 3 weeks to hear from the "Bot".

I read the reviews giving Lodgify an average. High rating of 4.8. This is hard to believe. My onboarding with Victor was a rush job from a man with a heavy accent. Hard to understand and harder to question. I got through that irritating zoom call only to have VRBO stop synching after two days and this caused VRBO to delist one of my properties and show 9 errors in another. I tried contacting the support team through their AI helper and was told no one was available due to a company function. Same response the next day. On the third day I asked to cancel my subscription and guess what? No one was available again. Three days broken and I can’t even sign up with another company because Lodgify won’t let me go. Low marks for poor customer service. The response Lodgify gave Ed was feckless and I’d nothing but emphasize my points.
Tried to cancel two more times. They are broken.

Overall, very clunky syncing with booking.com, unreliable messaging. Very hard to get help straight away. Very disappointed, I wont be continuing with lodgify for my next subscription, has been more hassle than its worth. I have had at least three incidents where guests are not receiving crucial check in information with scheduled messaging service with booking.com. Airbnb seems to be fine but I have had help with this after delayed responses of 24 hours and every time they say its fixed, another issue pops up.

Elena was very informative and helped me navigate the Lodgify platform effectively. This made me feel more confident getting started with my rental property. She also assisted my getting everything connected through channel manager which I needed the most help with. Furthermore, she gave me some great tips on success. Great costumer service and presentation.
