Good service,the real problem was it was made after 3 rounds of service and Loco Care subscription and my disappointment…But in general was 4 stars service for the scooter and I understood later what the mechanic explained to me and what he’s done and he did a good service .My apologies for the inconvenience and thanks.

Bought an Engwe L20 3.0 boost via the bike to work scheme, the signup and voucher redeem process was simple and fast, communication from the team especially Jon was excellent and he kept me informed of next steps. Bike turned up when he said it would and is working great. Highly recommended.

I had a mix up with my purchase and paddy rectified the situation just like to thank him for his prompt action once it happened all good now my grandson loves his new scooter and new helmet

The customer service was top-tier from start to finish-friendly, direct, and completely transparent about what needed to be done. Best of all, they had it fully repaired and back to me in just a few days.
Finding a shop that actually honours warranties swiftly without endless runarounds is rare, but LOCO Scooters delivered 100%. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable repairs and exceptional service!

Jon Barton is an absolute saint and I consider myself extremely lucky that I had him as my customer service agent. He was super quick to answer all my questions, very empathetic and kind and really did go the extra mile when it comes to making sure the customer has a good experience. Overall I had a very good experience even though the bike was delivered damaged I ended up with exactly what I ordered, a single day later - also thanks to Jon and the amazing team at the Cork store. I work at a place with 500 people and If I so much as overhear a conversation about Bike2Work I will recommend this store 100%.
I am now off to enjoy my bike in the sun~ Yay! (11/10)

From my initial enquiry some time ago, I would highly recommend locoscooters to anyone. Very pleasant staff who answer any questions you might have. I ordered a PURE Mclaren e scooter which I'm very impressed with. It was delivered the next day. 10 out of 10. Thank you Locoscooters.

1/5. Extremely frustrating experience.

I ordered a metal support bracket and rear mudguard. The first package contained incorrect/incompatible parts, and the mudguard arrived without the required components. I contacted customer service multiple times and experienced significant delays in getting responses.

I also travelled to Dublin to resolve the issue in person after being told the correct parts had already been shipped. I was then sent incorrect parts again, including the same plastic bracket I had previously returned.

The eventual metal bracket was also incompatible with my scooter, and two additional required parts weren't available at the store. After approximately a month of trying to resolve the issue, I ultimately received a refund.

I'm leaving this review based on my experience with the ordering and customer-service process.

Scooter is brilliant and even though it took a couple of weeks to come we were gifted for Ower wait so that was well worth it and even more worth it that actually there was more to the scooter than we thought so extra bonus again thanks again. Jordon

I was well assisted every time I bought a scooter in the Portobello shop. The staff on the phone is amazing; they always answer my calls to clarify my doubts. Pre and pos sales are amazing.

Well I would like to say not the best the scooter is ok came with a scratch on the front I have now covered up and didn’t come with all the screws took ages to deliver kept getting delayed not just because of the moving warehouse after there were more
