Very honest firm. Once I described my issues with the lock and sent photos, they told me to go straight to the manufacturer for a repair as that was the best course of action, and shared the number too. Didn't try to get the job just to make money. Rare these days

I can’t recommend Lockout Locksmiths highly enough. Nadeem arrived the same day within 30 minutes after I called and quickly put me at ease. My back garden door key had snapped inside the lock and he was honest from the start about what needed to be done. He was friendly and explained the issue and resolution details in a way I was able to understand properly and dealt with any challenges that came up without any fuss. What really stood out was that he didn’t rush the job. He made sure everything was working perfectly and that both of us were completely happy before he left. It’s refreshing to find someone who’s reliable, professional and genuinely takes pride in their work. Nadeem offers a great service around the clock, is fairly priced, trustworthy and professional. Very professional service from Lockout Locksmith Ltd. Communication was excellent throughout. They answered my call almost immediately and quickly connected me with Pravin, who was both highly professional and easy to communicate with.

Pravin arrived incredibly quickly — within about 30 minutes — and identified the issue with my lock straight away. In fact, he managed to gain access to the flat within minutes and without damaging the lock.

He was courteous, efficient, and focused on solving the problem. He even left the area tidier than he found it.

Amazing service. I broke my key in the lock of the front door at 6pm on a Saturday evening as I was on my way out. I Found the locksmith on Google maps, he was local to me He was here in under 10 mins and was able to save the lock. And he was honest and polite. Amazing service so happy. Highly recommend. I can only recommend Lockout Locksmiths Ltd. Nadeem was very reactive and came very quickly to my address on a Sunday morning when I contacted him to ask him to help my son who had locked himself out of my flat while I was away. He did a great job and managed to open my door without drilling the lock and charging me even more to replace it, which I really appreciated. In addition, his intervention was very reasonably priced. And finally, Nadeem communicated well and was very nice and polite.
