We inherited a 19 -year-old boiler when we bought our house, and the dreaded day arrived at last.

Matt and Lee exactly when they promised and immediately brought a positive, friendly mood into a, by this point, pretty chilly house. They made fast friends with my two year old and were generally lovely to have around. Their work was precise, swift, and they kept everything incredibly clean and tidy. They got our new Worcester Bosch 4000 installed and prepared by the end of the day – which was a pleasant surprise, as other quotes had suggested a two-day job for a lower quality boiler.

I heartily recommend Warmer Households’ service from beginning to end. We’re back up and running at a manageable price and I no longer have to dress like I’m going on a walk in Siberia.

An excellent job. Nothing was too much trouble for Matthew, an experienced, knowledgeable engineer, who did a highly professional, super tidy job.
The heating is running far better now than it has for many years and shows that we should have changed it ages ago.

Excellent service from Matthew. My new boiler was installed in less than a day and works perfectly. Matthew arrived at the sheduled time and got stuck into the job immediately. This is a man who takes great pride in his work and his attention to detail is second to none.Anyone needing a new boiler then this is your man. Very highly Recommended.

Matt kept us informed throughout the process so that we knew when he was coming to fit our new boiler. He’s friendly and personable and talked me through the whole process, as well as detailed guidance once the boiler was installed. Couldn’t recommend Matt enough - we were really pleased with his work!

Matthew visited to fit my new boiler on Sat 21st February 2026 following a week without heating due to the old system breaking. Very grateful to him for coming out on a Saturday to complete the job.

Friendly and professional, he kept tidy after himself and used floor protection on our carpets without being requested to do so which was appreciated. The little details for me always make the difference.

The biggest compliment I can pay Matthew is that I will be looking to contract his services again when further plumbing and heating work is required in my home, despite him being based out of Liverpool and we live in Birmingham.

Brilliant boiler installation by Matthew. Great communication before arrival -no waiting about wondering when he would turn up. Excellent, very clean job done. Very understanding of restricted space into which boiler etc needed to fit. Clear concise and informative explanation of controls - have never understood a boiler so well! Appreciated follow up call to check everything ok - which it was. Will only have Matthew to service the boiler from now on.
