after takeing the order and payment weeks went by with no answer later recieved a email stateing another payment of £140 would be needed to cover delivery costs as Glasgow was too far to deliver for the carrier

I ordered 2 baking trays, both corners were bent and 2 more were ordered. However new ones arrived and 1 of these were damaged with a bent corner.
