A wonderful luggage free experience in Paris
The system put into place was very well thought out and seamlessly accessible. I would have loved it if there was a vending machine inside the locker room or maybe outside for easy access to snacks and beverages. I would also suggest installing a couch for relaxing cause most people would appreciate the gesture.

Did not automatically charge us for the hour we had our things in there and we missed our train trying to figure out how to open it. There is no help on site either or a number to call. It goes straight to voicemail

Actually we tried to extend lockers time another one hour. We tried several time to modify though website.Website not working properly. It was very hard to open. Finally i got good support from neighboring cafe owner. We loose our time and money. We got bad experience.
