Door code not working
Actually i really love the service, the locker was sufficient and the system is easy to follow. However, i could not use the door code given in the email, so it was so hard for me to enter the locker room when dropping off my items and picking them up. Fortunately, there were other people who also about to enter the locker room (in both times) so i could tag along to put and get my items.

The best location ever
The best location ever! 5 minutes walking to the Eiffel Tower. The locker is big enough, we could storage more and more stuffs during the day. We took the medium locker for 11 hours and we have paid 10.90€ for it. There are a couple of plugs there, so you can recharge your mobile phone, which save us during the day. Definitely it worth any euro spent. Thanks a million.

It was fine
It was fine. A little expensive, but a great location. I wish you could just pay for the amount of time you use. I had to guess when I'd retrieve my bag, and I guessed wrong, which meant paying for a few hours that I didn’t need. It was also very hot inside the little space. Air conditioning would be better.

Place is amazing and quite cheap (used for 4h) but the door code could work 15 minutes early so you can get in and actually use the charger instead of waiting outside. To our luck someone got there before us so we could get inside with him and wait a couple of minutes for our storage INSIDE where the temperature is right.

I used this service to avoid dealing with people, but it backfired.
They were inflexible—the doors wouldn’t open, and the locker locks wouldn’t unlock.
If I’d known it would be like this, I should have just left my stuff with a person from the start.

As your reservation was set for 11:30, the locker only unlocks from that time onwards — trying to access it at 11:22 would explain why it didn't open, as early access isn't possible for security reasons. If you ran into any other issues, our 24/7 support team would be happy to look into it.

The door was not getting unlocked when…
The door was not getting unlocked when I went to get my luggage back. Tried calling on support number but no one received. Then tried another support number and one agent attended the call and opened the door remotely.
This was a nightmare situation. But somehow resolved.
